Contact with the real estate agent was always pleasant! No harsh words were spoken. The men (2 brothers) are expert in all areas and have done a lot of work. Initially, they did estimate the property's price slightly too high, although we had a potential buyer who was very willing to offer the asking price, if it weren’t that they ultimately decided against the purchase due to its location on a (too) busy road with cars. Had a building inspection done, some time ago. Satisfied with it. After buying the house, I did notice something that hadn't been picked up. Totally panicked. Jeroen immediately scheduled something in and was then able to reassure me. He also told me how it could be fixed. Going to tackle it next month!

Rademakelaars have been renting out my property to an expat for a few years. Quick communication, good screening of the tenant, no complaints. Afterwards, they were allowed to sell my property, and I was certainly satisfied with that as well. They have a large network of investors, which could possibly be the only small drawback. I could have gotten more out of my sale if it hadn't been an investor, but that was naturally also my own choice. Quick sale was definitely very pleasant. All in all, I can absolutely recommend Rademakelaars!

Fine real estate agency, run by two people. Very personal and always easily accessible, you will be called back within a few hours if they are not in the office. Excellent communication, if you have a doubt, a solution or information is always sought and they work proactively in that regard. You also get the feeling that you are selling the house together; you have a say in the presentation of text and photos. Daily you can download and view the visitor results on Funda. I also found the price pleasant, a fixed price without additional costs afterwards. Rademakelaars stands out above the large real estate agencies, with whom I have also done business in the past.
