Total fiasco. I have to give him 0 stars. Instead of contacting Ramon, you'd better approach a greengrocer to sell your home. Ramon doesn't care about communication at all and also doesn't mind telling untruths and failing to keep appointments. Certainly no knowledge of the subject matter. Definitely don't go into business with him and don't waste time!!

Unfortunately, we chose Ramon Klaasen from WT Wonen (Welkom Thuis Wonen) as our sales broker and we deeply regret that decision! Ramon Klaassen makes very nice promises but absolutely does not keep his appointments! The only thing he could sell was talk (to us), until your agreement, after which you can forget about him! Because calling back or responding to messages is something completely foreign to him! He himself ensured that his credibility and reliability were severely damaged! Thanks for the poor service dear Ramon!

Great! The expertise and market knowledge are very good. Involved and reliable impression. Is occasionally difficult to reach when the broker has viewings/appointments, but always calls/emails back on occasion.

Bid placed on Gondel 18-40, after 14 days and much thorough calling with WT wonen, you are brushed off with an incoherent story, heavily disappointed that you hear after 14 days that the choice has fallen on someone who bid more. While WT wonen themselves pass the bids to the selling party. 14 days unable to search for another property because you make a bid after 3 days and then hear nothing for 14 days. The communication is lacking.
