My rented property for an indefinite period has been sold by this real estate agent while there is still an ongoing conflict/negotiation regarding the current lease agreement with me and the owner of this property. This Real Estate Agent is not transparent and open about the situation and pushed through the sale, the subsequent problems apparently are not important.

They couldn't help us. We would really like to live 'out of the box', so not a standard brick house. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist us with that here.

Prima, gezellige zitjes. Vriendelijke bediening.

Onverwachts in de buurt en trek! Vriendelijke ontvangst en mooi plekje aan tafel binnen. Grote menukaart en heel veel mogelijkheden om te kiezen. Vlotte bediening en heel vriendelijk en netjes. Kortom een adres om te onthouden!

Buffet gedaan ,lekker simpel wat iedereen lust ,lekker en genoeg geeten voor het geld past het prima ,gewoon zelf uit proberen. fijne bediening

Laatste tijd wat minder tevreden over deze Chinees. Vriendelijke medewerksters. Misschien is de kok ontslagen?

Heerlijk eten, altijd zeer vriendelijk met afhalen en evt.voor ons heel soms nog en dan het liefste aan de gezellige kant om te eten binnen is vind ik..vlak bij de bar, achterin is het wat te sober.. Maar prijs kwaliteit vinden wij top!

Huis gekocht met lek dak dit was bekend bij de eigenaar van de woning echter vergeten om voor de verkoop door te geven, diverse keren eigenaar van makelaars kantoor er op aangesproken tevens mails gestuurd maar er wordt nergens op gereageerd! Of te wel ga niet met dit kantoor in zee, als ze eenmaal iets verkocht hebben reageren ze nergens meer op. Dit kantoor is nog geen ster waard!!

We bought a house through this real estate agent and afterwards it turned out that the window frames and eaves were repainted to cover up rot, the roof was rotten, there were sewer problems, etcetera. We confronted this real estate agent about it and he also felt partly guilty. All in all, we can't manage financially anymore and have decided to sell this house after 4 years of stress and misery and go back to renting. Thank you!

Mr. Bakker is a pleasant person: he fulfills his information obligation to potential buyers and does not hesitate, even if the news is not good, to pick up the phone and fully inform you. Highly recommended and especially an example for other real estate agents.

The realtor is never reachable, you are passed from pillar to post by the receptionist. Also, emails are not answered.

I've been doing business with John Bakker for over 40 transactions. Received half a page in the newspaper about it in 2004. Always very positive in both sales and purchases. Would do it again like this.

Only this broker doesn't respond to bids, maybe the bid is too low, but a response would be so much nicer......
