Wij hadden een erg leuke bedrijfshal op de rijksweg in Molenhoek op het oog. Kort contact aan de telefoon en de bezichtiging was ingepland, confirmatie op de mail (alles zag er prima uit). Afgesproken datum&tijd staan wij bij de bedrijfshal, is er niemand. Nadat we opgebeld hebben bleek de makelaar de afspraak “vergeten” te zijn en waren wij onze middag kwijt

As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.

Stonevest has the expertise in the higher segment of the housing market and you notice it in everything. They are fully up to date regarding the offerings and they offer smooth, but personal service. The team at Stonevest really thinks with you and that is very nice. Recommended!

Is een professionele makelaar die wel weet hoe het moet en doet wat hij belooft. Hij heeft onze woning zeer snel verkocht. Het was ook een prettige samenwerking ook met zijn team.

De eerste kennismaking was prettig, maar toen ik eenmaal een contract met hem was aangegaan verliep het moeizaam: ik moest zelf steeds achter dingen aanzitten, anders hoorde ik niets van hem (en ik verwacht van een makelaar toch een pro-actieve houding). Ook hoorde ik bij het bellen een keer heel hard gelach aan de anderer kant, en een andere keer allerlei kinderstemmen. Kwam niet erg professioneel over. Unprofessional, before a property appeared on Funda, I received a message from my real estate agent that the Kleine Geer in Haalderen was coming onto the market. I had requested a viewing with Frans Knorth Makelaar, who told me that the property would appear on Funda a week later and that I would be called as the 1st person. Now 2 weeks later, I see that there has already been a viewing day, without informing me. Worthless and very unprofessional to protect the seller's interests in this way.

The integrity is far to be found with this real estate agent. The truth is manipulated. Agreements are not kept and relevant matters for the buyer are not mentioned. The negative image of real estate agents is maintained by the conduct of Frans Knorth and his colleagues. A nice man with a mask. I quantify this real estate agent as unreliable. You cannot count on him.

I just heard that this company sold a house in Arnhem to a slumlord, against the wishes and without the knowledge of the seller. In terms of reliability and reviews, it would be fitting for you to provide a response here. It's great how you ruin the market for starters and families looking for a home!
