Completely and extremely satisfied with the speed, expertise and price. We approached Tjerk for a structural inspection and valuation of a residential property from the 1930s (approximately 90 m2). He was very quick and easy to reach for this; even outside regular working hours and days. After contacting on Friday, we met already on Monday morning. During this meeting he took us through the house in more than 1.5 hours, explaining what he observed regarding general guidelines and standards and based on that his advice as well as his experience-based vision. Based on this we were able to quickly make a well-considered decision. The delivery of the reports was on Tuesday morning. The price was market-conforming, where he was flexible about whether or not to include the structural inspection in a report (as extra work).

In doing so, we were extensively given the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions. He also gave us tips on maintenance, sustainability and future plans, among other things. Valuation requested and carried out by Stenfert Makelaars Ochten. Initial contact with Sikke was great and the recording could take place quickly. The website states that you will receive the valuation report within 3 days. It ultimately took 5 working days and 9 days between agreement to carry out the valuation and delivery of the valuation report. Delivered valuation report fine as far as I can assess. After receiving the valuation report, a request was submitted to make an additional change to the valuation report. This was promised verbally but to date no adjusted valuation report has been received. Disappointing.
