Due to good pricing, many (potential) viewings, resulting in our house being sold within 1 week above the asking price.

I cannot speak for another. But the son of Noud (Noud has unfortunately passed away) had our house with a very large garage ridiculously undervalued. For a garage where almost 2 cars can fit, with an attic, water connection, electricity, heating and excellent insulation, he valued it at 6000 euros. Totally missed the mark.

Geweldig kantoor en eigenaar die weet waar hij het over heeft. Iemand met verstand van zaken.

Tom heeft ons erg goed geholpen met het meedenken naar mogelijkheden en het uiteindelijk verkopen van de woning van onze moeder. Goede en duidelijke communicatie. Hij heeft er erg veel tijd en energie ingestoken,wij zijn super tevreden .

Wij hebben een hele prettige samenwerking met Tom Meeuwis gehad. Hij heeft zowel de verkoop van ons huis gerealiseerd als de aankoop van onze boerderij. De verkoop van ons huis is heel vlot en prettig verlopen. De aankoop van de boerderij hadden wij niet zonder Tom kunnen realiseren. Hier zijn wij hem zeer dankbaar voor. Hij werkt professioneel en heeft veel kennis van zaken. Zeker over objecten in het buitengebied. Tom denkt met je mee en geeft inzichten. Wij vinden Tom een fijn persoon om mee samen te werken.

Tom Meeuwis heeft voor ons het aankoop traject begeleid aangaande de aankoop van een beleggingsobject in Tilburg. In deze iets of wat overspannen markt heeft hij ons perfect geadviseerd. dit heeft geresulteerd in de aankoop van een gezond renderend pand. Naast bovengenoemd aankooptraject heeft hij ons ook na de aankoop verrassend persoonlijk geholpen met het opstellen van de huurcontracten. Meeuwis Makelaardij heeft ons hierin erg positief verrast, en heeft ons (niet erg positieve) beeld van een makelaar bijgesteld. Wij zijn nu van mening dat in dergelijke tijden een goede makelaar een must is! Wij raden iedereen makelaardij Meeuwis aan!

Langs deze weg wil ik laten weten, dat deze firma zeer onprofessioneel werkt zowel met de klant als mede collega's. Zodra deze waardeloze makelaar met een klant van zijn kant, via een andere makelaar naar een huis gaat kijken zal hij dat huis flink afkraken, omdat het niet in zijn bestand staat en hij er niets aan kan verdienen. Dit heb ik inmiddels van meerdere kandidaten aan mogen horen, ook die zullen hun mondje open doen hoe deze makelaar omgaat met kandidaten, zeer triest en erg onprofessioneel. Ook de makelaar waar het huis bij te koop staat laat hij totaal niets meer horen, nog van de mensen die interesse toonde in ons huis. Ook is dit geweest kort gelden bij een buurman van mij die heeft dezelfde onbeschofte houding aan getroffen. Langs komen de mensen laten wachten en niet komen opdagen, ja hoor dit huis stond ook niet in zijn bestand heel triest. Vervolgens belt de klant op naar deze makelaar en het antwoord was helemaal vergeten. Zal contact met de koper opnemen en laat het u weten, en wat denkt u nu Juist ook toen heeft hij totaal niets meer van deze geweldige makelaar gehoord. Zal netjes blijven schandalig en onbeschoft. Dus kopers en verkopers u bent op de hoogte .

Makelaardij meeuwis stelt een bezichtiging voor om een klant van hem ons huis te laten zien. Ik geef hem twee tijden door voor de bezichtiging. Ik krijg daar geen reactie van, dus bel ik hem een dag voor de bewuste dag om hem eraan te herinner. Hij was het vergeten. Kan gebeuren. Stel hem wederom de twee tijden voor met de mededeling om te reageren. Wederom geen reactie. Dese makelaar moet de belangen behartigen van een potentiële huizenkoper, maar gaat er zo mee om. Kom ik vandaag een buurman tegen die ook zijn huis te koop heeft staan. Heeft ook te maken met een aankoopmakelaar, wat blijkt, de zelfde, namelijk meeuwis. Heeft het huis bezocht van de buurman, maar niet het fatsoen een terug koppeling te geven.
