Contact met kantoor makelaardij Alders was prima. Marketingafdeling was zeer goed. Helaas kwam de assistent makelaar die onze belangen vertegenwoordigde zijn afspraken niet na en luisterde slecht.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over mijn makelaar! Vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de afronding verliep alles soepel en professioneel. We engaged Alders Makelaars in Hoogezand as a buyer's agent a few months ago. We received excellent guidance from start to finish. Easily accessible, short lines of communication and friendly contact. Thanks to Alders, we found a lovely home within 2 months in a difficult housing market. Once again thanks to the entire team!

In 2020 we were given the assignment to sell our house. As a result of poor communication, failure to take action, failing to keep appointments, the assignment was withdrawn. However, this action cost us over 1800 euros.

Is inderdaad niet bereikbaar. Telefoonnummer op hun site kloot niet. Heb daarom maar pararius gebeld voor het juiste nummer. Ook die nemen ze niet op. Reageren niet op telefoontjes of mailtjes. Super onprofessioneel dit.! Tw triest voor woorden. Vraag mijzelf echt af waarom je dit dan als werk doet als niemand jullie kan bereiken! Zonde van mijn ( ons) tijd.! Ook wij hebben een volle anning naast bezichtigingen. Bah!

Komt afspraken niet na en geeft geen gehoor. Onprofessioneel.
