Good and warm contact. Clear agreements that were also kept. Nice realtor. Excellent price/quality ratio. One point: the house was slightly too high in the market, which meant interest wasn't particularly great. Ultimately, a good price for the house was achieved, but somewhat below the asking price. However, we consider it a good and realistic price, so all's well that ends well!

Stabbed in the back by realtor. We viewed an apartment with realtor Natascha Kolsteren from Cranendonk Makelaars, made an offer, and it was accepted by the seller. 'Congratulations, I am so happy for you.' On Monday 12-12-2022 we received the purchase agreement along with an invitation to come and sign on 16-12-2022 at 9:00 AM. On Thursday afternoon 15-12-2022, a few hours before signing was supposed to happen, we were called by the realtor that they had another buyer and that they were going into business with them. 'Why ?? We did have an agreement.' 'No! because you haven't signed yet.' So a 24-year-old girl who thought she had bought her first apartment in the village where she was born, has her dream taken away and has been severely misled by this realtor. A very reprehensible action, no one agrees with this, but she just does it.. The people who post nice reviews about this realtor were not helped well.. they simply got LUCKY. You have been warned, for our daughter it is too late.
