Een heel open, gemakkelijk en eerlijk contact. Tevens kregen we hele goede tips over het verkoop-klaar maken van het huis. Komt zijn afspraken na en is zeer alert met het geven van update informatie, contact leggen met mogelijke verkopers enz. enz. Zijn deskundige adviezen over zaken die verband hielden met de aankoop van een huis waren verhelderend. Hij komt binnen met een grote lach op zijn gezicht, is respectvol, eerlijk en we hadden direct een klik met hem. Kortom: zeer fijne persoonlijkheid. Hij is kundig en neemt de tijd om zijn werk zo goed mogelijk te verrichten. Hij luistert goed naar je en denkt heel erg met je mee. Hij dacht met ons mee en hielp met bemiddelen en het beantwoorden van al onze vragen. Via de mail en app kregen we snel een reactie terug. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

12 Nov 2024Selling a house, call Lex! When exploring real estate agents, you always ended up with established firms and their absurd prices for startup costs and commission. Why pay a percentage of the selling price? The realtor does the same work whether you're selling a large villa or an apartment. I wasn’t interested in that and, after recommendations from others, ended up with Koopklik. Here you can effectively sell your home yourself for a fixed price without the ancillary matters you don't understand. Lex is knowledgeable and handles all the paperwork, Funda listing, and other things like the notary etc. You conduct the tours of the house yourself. The advantage is that you know who the potential buyers are, and the seller knows the most about the property. Viewers also found this very pleasant. Contact with Lex is good; if he's busy, he calls back quickly, and he knows what he’s talking about. I definitely recommend this realtor.

02 Mar 2025I hired this company to help me buy a house, but ultimately it felt like a complete waste of money. One of their main promises was to send me offers before they hit the market, tailored to my specific criteria. However, the listings they provided did not match what I was looking for, rendering this service essentially useless. My representative was initially Anne Wilbers. She told me upfront that she was inexperienced because she was new in the role, and I decided to give her a fair chance. Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful. Communication was slow: I often had to wait days for a response, and she was frequently unavailable for house viewings. This led me to wonder why I was paying for a service when my representative wasn’t even present. After a few months, I requested a new representative and was assigned Peter. Although he was significantly better, he struggled with personal difficulties, which I understood and sympathized with, so I won't comment negatively on that. Ultimately, however, I negotiated, placed my offer, and completed the entire home buying process myself, without their help. Despite this, I still had to pay due to the contract I signed. My overall experience with this company was disappointing, and I found their service a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them at all.

Quick and clear in answering questions. In the bank's binding offer, he immediately noticed that the correct interest rate was not mentioned for a certain part of the loan amount. First a non-binding exploratory meeting in Roermond. We had wishes and conditions regarding what we want in our new Mortgage, and he had various options that would all be possible for us. I have had many mortgages and houses throughout my life, but never received such an excellent explanation and service as with Danny Koppen. My wife was not present at the exploratory meeting, but felt very comfortable when Danny briefly explained things to us on the phone. It felt right…I will recommend Danny’s service as a mortgage advisor and realtor Ivo to everyone, truly a chapeau for their customer-focused service. When our offer was accepted, Danny arranged everything, discussed it with us, and then processed it. We received everything explained in understandable language. Danny is always accessible. If he is in an appointment, he will always call or text back. Everything was neatly arranged and regularly we were asked if everything was clear and how things stood. It was worth it for us to write a good story here and people will also admit this after visiting these people. Thank you very much Danny & Ivo.

Hoewel wij uiteindelijk niet via hem tot een aankoop zijn gekomen, was onze ervaring opvallend positief. Bas toonde een diep begrip van onze behoeften en voorkeuren en presenteerde ons consequent eigendommen die goed bij onze criteria pasten. Zijn scherpe oog voor detail en uitgebreide kennis van de lokale markt waren duidelijk zichtbaar in elke interactie. Een van de meest indrukwekkende aspecten van de service van Bas was zijn vermogen om snel te begrijpen wat we zochten. Hij heeft kosten noch moeite gespaard om ons een verscheidenheid aan opties te bieden, die allemaal onze smaak en vereisten weerspiegelen. Zijn professionaliteit en toewijding waren gedurende het hele proces duidelijk zichtbaar. Helaas hebben wij door omstandigheden waar niemand invloed op heeft, in deze periode geen woning kunnen bemachtigen. Deze uitkomst doet echter niets af aan onze waardering voor de inzet van Bas. Hij was altijd punctueel, goed voorbereid en oprecht betrokken bij onze huizenjacht. Bedankt Bas!
