They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. 21 Jun 2024Terrible experience. DHVC managed our rental apartment for almost 3 years. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

One of the most impressive aspects of Bas's service was his ability to quickly understand what we were looking for. He spared no cost nor effort to offer us a variety of options, all of which reflected our taste and requirements. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s influence, we were unable to acquire a home during this period.
