Nevertheless, costs were charged for the damage and cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, to demonstrate that the house had to be cleaned after my departure), I could not provide anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

He has already sold several properties for me, and unfortunately another 10 I cannot give you. People who still doubt a good real estate agent for Cranendonck and surrounding areas should read this review as a good example.
