My 1 star review is separate from the below. The reviews as on Google give, in my opinion, a good picture of reality. Mr. van Vlaanderen believes he can play parties off each other. Waits long to respond to bids, has no or at least very poor telephone reachability and seeks the moral boundaries. Reacting with full name to a deserved review says everything. And finally: a bid is a bid - in this order () on a property that has been for sale for more than a year is not crazy.

Recently very successful (again) my 3rd sale done via EP. As with the previous editions. The entire process was pleasant, clear and very professional. In short I cannot agree with what is below. And recommends everyone > EP and his team. Not only very skilled but also lovely people. In short an ideal match if you want to buy or sell successfully.

This realtor is very bad at communication and also impolite. We wanted to rent a house through this realtor and then received what he called a standard contract (referring to a professional organization). This contract had been modified so much that it can no longer be called a standard contract. Not only were there many textual errors in it, but there were also several clauses that are completely prohibited by law. So be careful and get advice through a recognized realtor.

Very bad! Poor communication and even rude! Really a mess, look for another realtor please and save yourself unnecessary stress!

Updates and result viewings are communicated via whap. Fast and clear. The pre-made estimate of the sales process has come true.
