I can't think of any aspect where the contact, the guidance and the result fell short. Class hence!

No communication. Everywhere you have to follow up yourself. Not knowledgeable enough. Can never come along for viewings. Miss appointments. They were almost ready to go to another real estate agent, but the last house that went through this agent had the winning bid. In short, would not recommend her.

Recently I bought a house and De Huizenbemiddelaar was the selling real estate agent. We had an awful experience with them because the agent did not perform the basic tasks that he should have done. There were several leaks in the house when we took possession of it, and neither our agent nor the selling agent addressed the problem. All I heard from them was that the owners were unavailable and that they handed over the house with all their discarded furniture which they no longer needed. It would have been courteous to take their belongings with them and hand over a clean property. Be careful when choosing this real estate agent, whether you are a seller or buyer.
