In addition, he helped us with the choice between 2 houses (1 below budget in a somewhat 'lesser' neighborhood and 1 just above our budget in a much better neighborhood, the latter would experience fewer fluctuations in the housing market). As a starter (and novice!!) you benefit greatly from this 'inside info'. Herbert is professional, understands his craft, and is always available for questions. Particularly pleasant experience!

From the first introduction to the final inspection before handing over our home, it was a very pleasant cooperation. Somehow my review here has been removed. I found out when I looked at it for a friend who is considering this real estate agent. If that's the case, that's very unfortunate. We had a very negative experience a few years ago with the sale of our house. I described my experience here, but for some reason it's no longer there. Everything, from offering the house for sale to the appraisal, viewings and the final transfer, was terrible. Not recommended at all. If you remove this review as well, I will certainly write another one.

I was poorly helped. My house was not inhabited at the time of sale and unknown real estate agents left the lights on at night. They also heated excessively. I ended up in a house that is incredibly noisy, while I was trying to escape the noise from my upstairs neighbor. It's my own fault, but in any case, I've certainly filled the club's coffers. The real estate agent no longer responds to my request for help.

Unfortunately, we have had a less good experience with Baljon Makelaars. It was stated during the sale that the apartment came with a storage space, but this did not hold up legally. As a result, we as buyers were inadequately informed. Despite multiple attempts at discussion, there remains ambiguity about the handling of the matter. We had expected a more careful information provision from an NVM agent.

Good contact had

Contacted multiple times via email regarding an item. Unfortunately, they simply do not respond. Presumably their offer is not up to date.

Totaal geen aandacht voor de klant. De makelaar krijg je nooit te pakken en geeft ook uit zichzelf nooit gehoor.

10 days ago we had a viewing on the 's Gravenweg. House priced at €2,8mln. The house was a big mess. The real estate agent can't do anything about that. We had asked a few simple questions via email because when we asked the agent she didn't know the answers. For example, whether there is a VVE on that park. We haven't received any reply to the email, no phone call, we just hear nothing anymore. And this is then the ''higher segment'' real estate agent. They apparently still have a lot to learn from the ''normal'' agents. Disappointing, hope bla bla, little action. Good luck with the sale, definitely not going to call us again!

This agent is trying really hard to get the assignment under control. With some time pressure and FOMO, and stories that they would have sold it within a month anyway, they decided to go for it. Once the assignment is under control, the profit is already booked and they don't really put their hands out of the sleeves anymore. When pointing out errors in the descriptions, they do not respond adequately. That means you have to repeat later that it's still wrong. There is no self-confident reaction to that. When asked about the progress, they respond very hesitant and content-free. For the requested rate, you can expect quality anyway. A bit of a pity that such a beautiful name as Christie's turns out to be so meaningless.

Very luxurious real estate agency.

As seen from the other reviews, this broker already didn't care much about potential buyers, but this situation is really something else. A property appeared online on Friday: immediately emailed for a viewing. Nothing heard by Monday, so I called myself. Turns out the property was already sold during the weekend after 1 bid? Then you know that as a broker, you haven't realized the maximum sales price for your client, which in my opinion is the entire task of a broker. Disappointing!

Had telephone contact, was greeted kindly and received a callback and resolution on the same day.

Impossible to get in contact with them. They were not present to inspect my property, said they would come later, dismissed me on the day of the appointment with a poor excuse, and since then I have heard nothing more. No response to emails, phone calls are unanswered, and now I am left with an apartment with deferred maintenance, a broken kitchen, holes in the wall filled with plastic bags, cracks in the plasterwork, pipes that are so rusted it's a wonder they don’t leak, blood in the stairwell after a stabbing incident, because I do pay service charges every month but I have never seen anyone clean the stairwell. In short: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They also lie about adjusting the rent so you can apply for housing allowance. Promise, don't deliver. Terrible realtor.
