Hoewel het extreem duur was, was het huis oké, min of meer zoals op de foto, maar met veel gebreken in het appartement (waaronder de voordeur die niet goed sloot). Mijn problemen hadden niet zozeer te maken met mijn makelaar Luna, die helaas VERRA had verlaten maar erg behulpzaam was, maar meer met de huurder van het huis (Rental Ocean). Ze reageerden nooit op e-mails en heel zelden op telefoontjes. Tijdens mijn verblijf gingen de stofzuiger en de salontafel (die al oud en deels kapot waren) kapot, en het duurde ongeveer een maand om ze te vervangen. Bovendien had ik een klein krasje op de muur veroorzaakt. Ik had via Rental Ocean een monteur geregeld om het te repareren, maar hij kwam nooit opdagen. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Rental Ocean voor informatie, maar ook zij hebben niets teruggehoord. Ze zeiden dat ik het zelf moest repareren, wat ik ook deed, en toen zeiden ze dat ik de hele muur opnieuw moest schilderen. Serieus? Hoe moet ik in vredesnaam een ​​muur opnieuw schilderen? Uiteindelijk kom ik erachter dat ze naast €120 voor de muur ook €75 voor de schoonmaak hebben ingehouden?!? Hoe is dat mogelijk? Het huis was brandschoon, en ik heb video's en foto's.
