Deze makelaar komt kundig en netjes over maar de man zet je manipulatief onder druk. Hij geeft de koper kort de tijd, een tweede bezichtiging is niet mogelijk en achteraf blijkt dat hij zaken mooier omschrijft dan het is. Bij rondleiden heeft hij op kritische vragen geen antwoord en loopt snel door de woning heen door erover heen. Wij horen meerdere klachten, zowel van kopers als verkopers. Kijk goed rond, open alle ramen en sluit deze. Controleer de dakpannen en installaties en vloerverwarming en niet te vergeten de kruipruimte. Achteraf kun je een hoop ellende besparen, niemand zit toch te wachten op (ook al staan we in ons recht) juridische conflicten. Het is ook niet vreemd, naar eigen zeggen verkoopt deze man maar 6 huizen per jaar. Geen aanrader voor als verkoper en koper let aub goed op. Doe altijd een tweede bezichtiging. Jan de makelaar. Wij zijn bijzonder teleurgesteld in jouw aanpak.

Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de hulp die ik heb gekregen bij mijn hypotheekaanvraag. Vanaf het eerste contact werd ik vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen. Ze reageerde altijd snel op mijn vragen en nam de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Haar deskundigheid en betrokkenheid gaven mij veel vertrouwen in het proces. Mijn vriend en ik zijn zeer goed geholpen bij Roscam Hypotheken. In eerste instantie heb ik contact opgenomen met Roscam vanwege de positieve recensies. Onze verwachtingen zijn met (meer dan) 100% waargemaakt. In deze moeilijke tijd voor starters heeft Marike ons meerdere keren een indicatie gegeven van wat mijn vriend en ik konden lenen. Vooral in de periode dat de rente toenam bleek dit te veranderen. Het was erg fijn om bevestiging te krijgen van wat we maximaal konden lenen gedurende de spannende periode op de huizenmarkt. Marike denkt echt met je mee en we kregen hele goede tips en adviezen. Na een tijdje waren mijn vriend en ik eindelijk in onderhandeling over een woning. Helaas begon de verkoper Digimakelaars wat druk uit te oefenen.. Ze wilden de hypotheek rond binnen een maand. Dit vonden we niet zo prettig. Marike is er toen tussen gesprongen en heeft met de verkoopmakelaar gesproken namens ons. We hadden Roscam alleen als hypotheekadviseur, geen aankoopmakelaar, dus het feit dat Marike ons kosteloos heeft geholpen in dit proces waarderen we super erg! Ondanks dat we dus met een tijdsdruk van de verkoper zaten, hebben zowel Marike en Maikel super erg hun best gedaan om onze hypotheek op tijd rond te krijgen. Dit is dan ook gelukt! Tussendoor werden we regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden over de stand van zaken. Zelfs achteraf hebben ze ons geholpen met tips voor de inspectieronde van de woning. Ook hebben we een week na de sleuteloverdracht nog even contact met elkaar gehad. Ik zou Roscam aan iedereen aanraden!

Erg fijn geholpen aankoop van mijn appartement in Den Bosch. Marike heeft mij begeleid in het hele proces omtrent de aankoop en Gerard heeft er alles aan gedaan om mijn hypotheek z.s.m. rond te krijgen. Ik kan Roscam bij iedereen aanbevelen! Ze zetten echt extra stappen voor hun klant!

Useless tent, waiting already 4 months for the refund of our deposit without any feedback. Update: Now we are waiting a full 4 months for the return of our deposit. This tent is super unreliable and keeps your deposit for good after you terminate your agreement.

We had a viewing for a rental property via Rotsvast, good experience and Loek took the time to answer our questions. In our experience, Rotsvast is the only real estate agent who also thought with us and occasionally sent offers. Definitely a recommendation!

I was first with another real estate agent in Den Bosch but thought I would give it a try here. I thought that with a small property they would just do it quickly but no, they took their time and didn't get anything done, but a lot of effort was made, many viewings, to find the right tenant who was ultimately found. What service! and my interest as a landlord is very well taken care of, Very satisfied with the way things went and they have indeed kept me as a client, Recommender!

Signed rental agreement in January: In the meantime, I've had to call and email 5 times to get my OWN rental agreement to convert it with the Chamber of Commerce. Nothing has worked so far, so hopefully this review will wake some people up.

Bizarre! I own 2 restaurants and a roofing company. Currently renting two storage units and a separate office. Saw a business unit on Funda which is rented out via RSP. After speaking with a friendly lady, I was transferred to “someone who handles that”. When I explained why I was calling, this person said they would note my number because the person doing the viewing would call me back. Okay, fine. “What are you going to store in that business building?” I thought it was genuine interest. After explaining that it was stuff from our companies and also private belongings, they asked about our business activities. I replied that we have two restaurants and a roofing company and a separate office. “Sounds all vague” said the person from RSP. It didn’t feel right, and I thanked the man for his time and will now continue searching. It's strange to be kind of offended while genuinely interested in a building. Doesn’t feel good to do business with.

Poor communication with Mike van Riet from RSP. Appointments are not kept. Constantly have to call back, no response. If you call a different number, it's picked up immediately 👍🏻…

We recently rented a second office building through RSP Malelaars. RSP professionally and very personally guided us in this process. In particular, thanks to Roy van Tiel's enthusiasm and creative input, we were able to reach a solution suitable for all parties again.

What you don't know when you take out your first mortgage. After a nice story via RSP, we took out a mortgage. Every year a check-up would take place and beautiful promises were made about expected returns. Now, 15 years later, we have never heard from RSP again after taking out our mortgage. It turned out that we had an exploitative policy with a now bankrupt mortgage provider. I must therefore unfortunately conclude afterwards that the initial advice, especially the promise to regularly perform a check-up, was inadequate and the agreements were not kept. So think carefully before letting this club advise you.
