And he is really helpful and the best thing is that he truly understands your choice and knows how to deal with the selling party and can really pay attention to defects and other issues in the houses that could influence the bid amount, and he has real experience doing that. He really helped us while we were looking for houses and he was proactive and very responsive and at the same time friendly.
