Today I contacted regarding an object that is for sale. During a short telephone conversation, it was indicated - in a somewhat annoyed tone - that many viewings have already been scheduled and that they therefore did not want to answer questions, let alone be open to a bid well above the asking price. That is a shame, especially for the seller, who, in my opinion, is being done a disservice by the real estate agent. The seller has after all engaged them in good faith to achieve the best possible result. A missed opportunity.
