People, I warn you, don't rent anything from this realtor and especially not the property at Goudenregenplantsoen 66. I lived there for almost 2 years but was treated so badly by this realtor and the owner. That owner is just not right, he doesn't show up when there are defects; I sat without TV for almost 2 months and the house has such bad dampness everywhere, leaks, and it smells. So people, you have been warned, don’t rent and especially not through this realtor. I am glad I left and in time; I didn't live comfortably there, and the stairs to upstairs are dangerously unsafe. After much complaining, I got my deposit back but a lot less because as I said that owner is just not right. Now they are asking 1400 euros p.m., far too high for a property like this. Don’t do it

What I think of this realtor is beyond words, they are super bad and do nothing for you when you're in trouble and work against you and exclude you together with the landlord, and when you call they don't answer and never call back, and on top of that they threaten and swear. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone, stay away from them and if you don't believe me, feel free to contact me. Only now contacting a bit late via a review. I advise everyone not to rent or buy a house through kwaadraaad real estate, your whole life will be ruined.

Ik huurde een klein zolderappartement in Den Haag van M. Wessels. Ik geef 5 sterren omdat Wessels goed reageerde, altijd mijn vragen beantwoordde en problemen in het appartement oploste. Hij was open over de huurovereenkomst en vroeg een borg van twee keer de maandhuur, wat veel was, maar dat werd na afloop van de huurperiode terugbetaald. Hij leek eerlijk en betrouwbaar.
