This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

Ramon has been extremely helpful, supportive and responsive throughout the entire process and helped me secure a beautiful apartment remotely without any problems. Finding accommodation in the Netherlands can be a nightmare and it is usually due to the fact that rental companies don't care about you, you are just 'one of the desperate' and if they cannot help you, they will have thousands of other people waiting. Due to this terrible and tragic behavior, I lost all trust, but when I contacted Woonhuis Limburg, everything changed. Ramon and Ruben answer every question you have within 24 hours, they are happy to help you, they show empathy and customer focus. They care about your feelings and impressions and do their best to give quick and efficient feedback. The entire process from the beginning (initial contact, making an appointment) to the end (rental agreement, inspection, further questions) runs smoothly and clearly. For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. From the first to the last notification, action or appointment, they consistently kept everything on schedule. The freedom of choice as to whom we wanted to rent to (3 viewings in 1 day) was completely and according to agreement left to us. I will not hesitate to work with them again next time.

Very accessible people. Accepting and respectful towards transgender individuals. I felt welcome to be their customer because they were eager to help me. They answered all my emails within 1-2 business days and answered all my questions as best they could. They ensure that you can move into a new home where everything is functional or at least ready for repair. Especially Ruben Rutten has a personality full of enthusiasm and zeal, which can come across positively to you as a customer. They even agreed to pass on my unorthodox alternative suggestion for the financial requirements to the landlord, ultimately allowing me to get a new house, with which I am very happy. Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. Btw Ruben Rutten, he is of course very 'polite and nice'.

Are you being greeted politely

Apparently, it's an option to reject people because they don't work in the right region. So even if you have a permanent contract and earn enough, you are still not eligible. Thanks Ruben for the good service.

We were looking for an apartment and found their real estate agent via the internet. We first wrote an email and received a very quick response with all the information we needed to proceed. We also visited their office and they welcomed us kindly and gave us more information. I would always recommend the agency with two friendly and competent men.

Nothing is too much trouble and the time you need is more than adequately given to you. Moreover, they still work with normal rates. If you are not satisfied here, in my opinion it can only be due to your own attitude.
