If you have to deal with EigenHaard, my advice is to document all agreements with this company well. Expect that all communication with this company will be flawed. You will be insulted and not taken seriously. I've experienced a lot, but even years later I am still astonished by the service of this company. Disappointed

One star is still too much. Do not rent from this realtor, especially not with small children; the realtor only works for the landlord. You should expect that everything works in a rental house costing more than €1300 p/m. In one year, among other things, part of the roof was broken, the skylight was broken, the central heating boiler broke down, the garden gate was broken, various appliances were broken, windows that no longer close/are broken, various leaks, gas smell, sewer smell etc., it goes on and on. Eigen haard especially thinks you shouldn't complain, and increases the rent. DO NOT rent.

Correcte communicatie via hun website evenals per telefoon, met punctuele afspraken, zowel bij start van huren als bij aflopen van het huurcontract en oplevering. Echter, Xpat Xpert verdedigt ENKEL de belangen van de verhuurder (huisbaas). Ondanks perfect opgekuist appartement bij oplevering, bevestigd door foto's én een getekende oplever-verklaring (getekend door medewerker van Xpat Xpert), werd een deel van de waarborg ingehouden. Xpat Xpert heeft niets meer van zich laten horen in deze kwestie. Volledige radiostilte ondanks herhaalde vraag achter verduidelijking naar de reden hiervoor, alsook hun ondersteuning voor de huurder, gezien getekende oplever-verklaring. Toch een teleurstellend einde van de huurovereenkomst!

Enige tijd geleden ben ik uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. Hiervoor ben ik afgereisd naar Leiden, heb ik al mijn documentatie opgestuurd en ben ik vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Helaas heb ik hierna nooit meer iets vernomen. Ik heb herhaaldelijk contact gezocht, zowel per e-mail als telefonisch, maar ik ben nooit te woord gestaan. Ik vind dit een zeer asociale gang van zaken, ik stop moeite, tijd en geld in de procedure om vervolgens niks te horen!

Ik voel me erg gerustgesteld, want als ik een probleem heb in het huis dat ik huur, kan ik het team bellen en zij helpen me onmiddellijk of stellen voor wat ik moet doen. Dit is erg belangrijk als expat.

Alles verliep vlot, behalve het afrekenen van een appartement, waar het bureau dat als tussenpersoon optrad geen verklaring kon geven waarom ik niet de volledige aanbetaling terugkreeg. Om mijn probleem te voorkomen, zorg ervoor dat u tijdens de eindinspectie van het appartement een ondertekend en overeengekomen blad bij de hand hebt wat er gerepareerd/schoongemaakt moet worden voordat u de sleutels overhandigt.

Xpat verhuurt al jaren mijn appartement. Ondanks dat de wisselingen van huurders niet zo vaak zijn ben ik zeer tevreden over de dienstverlening.

Professioneel, klantvriendelijk! Je krijgt de ruimte om rustig na te kunnen denken, hoeft niet direct iets te tekenen. Zeer tevreden over de samenwerking!

Goede service, vriendelijk en zonder extra kosten. Zelfs geholpen met het opzetten van nutsvoorzieningen en internet.

Een ander bureau dat de beruchte "administratiekosten" in rekening brengt aan huurders die de advertentie voor het onroerend goed zelf op de xpat xpert-website hebben gevonden. Iemand die 's nachts goed kan slapen, zelfs als hij overdag expats blind berooft, heeft een zeer gebrekkig karakter. Vermijd koste wat het kost, of weiger gewoon de administratiekosten te betalen!!
