[Dutch / English below] At the beginning of this year (Jan 2025), we attempted to purchase an apartment on Rapenburg through this real estate agency. This purchase ultimately fell through because the agent withheld crucial documents about the property's condition. The agent received critical VvE minutes on January 3rd containing information about serious defects in the property. The largest cost item was a complete roof renovation. These documents were only shared two weeks later after the neighbors informed us of their existence. Very proper of the neighbors; unacceptable for a real estate agent.

It is astonishing how poorly this company (or 'partner') treats people if they (apparently) do not meet the financial criteria. They abuse the criteria to create hype and when people react, they dismiss it with lame excuses and then leave them in limbo. Be more careful with whom you enter into a partnership, I would say. [in response to the statement: yes, it is the right company]

Na digitaal contact en toezegging binnen 2 werkdagen iets te horen qua bezichtiging contact gezocht na 3 dgn: appartement onder bod, geen bezichtigingen meer. Prima maar niet zichtbaar op Funda of site makelaar. Een week later, heb ik als moeder, een bezichtiging aangevraagd. Zelfde riedel: binnen 2 werkdagen contact. DUS NIET. Dus uiteindelijk gebeld, medewerkster gaf aan dat het appartement onder bod is. Ik geef aan dat dit een rare vorm van communicatie is: niets horen, zelf er achteraan bellen, niets zichtbaar op Funda of site. Ze gaat het intern bespreken. Nou succes ermee, als dit net zo lang moet duren als enige vorm van communicatie dan weet je zeker dat deze makelaar je appartement niet gaat verkopen. Totaal niet met enige toewijding aan het werk.
