Geweldig, vriendelijk en persoonlijk geholpen en geadviseerd bij het afsluiten van onze hypotheek, de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning en de verkoop van onze "oude" woning. De vijf sterren zijn echt dik verdiend. De verkoopmakelaar is zelfs meegeweest met de overdracht van onze verkochte woning ook dit is als zeer prettig ervaren.

Henk Assen heeft ons prima bijgestaan tijdens koop en verkoop. Hij nam steeds rustig de tijd voor ons en gaf een gevoel van vertrouwen. Zijn advies was voor ons zeer waardevol.

De koop werd afgesloten met een bedrag dat lager was dan mijn verwachting. Zijn manier van onderhandelen vond ik perfect.

Vriendelijk, adequaat, toegankelijk. Makkelijk te contacteren via app wisseling. Ook het kantoorpersoneel/ baliemedewerkers prima aardige.mebsen. vind alleen de courtage hoog. Er wordt ook een beetje " gestuurd" om op het hoogste bod te reageren.

Het contact met de makelaar was prettig Hij kwam heel deskundig en positief over. Gaf direct aan dat er wel het één en ander aan het huis moest gebeuren. Gaf ook aan wat de aantrekkelijke kanten van het huis waren. Kwam met een naar ons idee prima vraagprijs.

Contact was buitengewoon goed en overal werd rekening mee gehouden. Bij vragen werd er supersnel gereageerd

Vriendelijk te woord gestaan door iedere medewerker. De gemaakte afspraken werden nagekomen. Het geslaagde bod na de laatste bezichtiging was lager dan ik zelf aandurfde, maar toch succesvol.

Doet echt zijn best voor de klant. Communiceert goed en koppelt regelmatig terug over de stand van zaken. Gewoon een prettige makelaar!

Lamberink Makelaars & Adviseurs is een goed makelaarsbedrijf. De verkoop van mijn woning heeft echter ruim een half jaar vertraging opgelopen door inschattingsfouten m.b.t de vraagprijs en dat heeft mij veel geld gekost. De aankoopmakelaar voor een andere woning was een regelrechte ramp wat mij nog méér geld heeft gekost. Altijd waren we van te voren goed op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen. Voorwaarden werden uitgelegd en behoeden ons voor onverwachte onaangenaamheden. I gave a low rating because he reveals my full name in his realtor app group in Assen. I experience this as a privacy violation. I acted as an intermediary. A mentally strong person calls, first the client instead of him by name, without informing his colleagues beforehand. I experience this as a deliberate privacy breach. But as a reader you may have a different opinion about this. If I then give the low rating he puts our email correspondence on Google. Judge for yourself, is this from him, weak, vindictive, high degree of frustration, poor loser or someone who thinks as an appraiser he can afford everything. It would have been avoided if he had made one timely phone call. From the email correspondence between us that he published you can read that I was still trying to save the case. But because he had returned the order and violated my privacy, the client decided to no longer use his services.
