Mijn vrouw en ik huurden een appartement bij hen, helaas had mijn vrouw een medisch noodgeval en moesten we onmiddellijk het huis verlaten. Ik wil echt zeggen dat Adelbrecht onze situatie begreep, empathie toonde en alles zeer professioneel en supersnel oploste! Ik waardeer het enorm en raad het aan!

Dramatisch

Frauduleus! Nadat ik een paar jaar hetzelfde pand had gehuurd, heb ik de officiële rekeningen opgevraagd bij dit bureau, dat de nutsvoorzieningen namens de verhuurder regelt (die feitelijk ook voor hen werkt). Ze weigerden niet alleen om ze met mij te delen, maar negeerden ook mijn verzoeken. Als u de naam van dit makelaarskantoor op uw huurcontract ziet staan, verlaat dan de woning en meld dit voordat het te laat is. Als praktijkvoorbeeld uit mijn persoonlijke ervaring: ze stuurden een betaalverzoek en een week later verhoogden ze zonder enig bewijs de rekeningen voor dezelfde periode met € 800. Het is een schande voor eerlijke mensen die alleen maar goed behandeld willen worden, maar in plaats daarvan “legaal opgelicht” worden. Als je hun naam ooit in je contract tegenkomt, onderteken het dan niet en zoek een andere verblijfplaats (ook al is het wat duurder).

Huur al ruim een jaar niet via hen en blijf gemaild en gebeld worden.

Wij (jong gezin met een pasgeboren baby) wonen in een woning via hen dat bezaaid is met zwarte schimmel, zij doen hier maar niets aan! Alle kosten om het op te lossen moeten wij zelf voor opdraaien en ze komen ons in niets tegemoet. We zijn bang om ziek te worden van de schimmel, maar er is maar geen oplossing.. Om verdrietig van te worden!

Slechte service, het draait alleen om geld. Contact persoon Ferry, is een zeer onvriendelijke, walgelijk persoon

15 jr met ze te maken gehad, wat een ellende! Technische man heeft geen opleiding gedaan in zijn genre, toch moet hij alles beoordelen. Best bijzonder te noemen! Afspraken maken tijdens VVE vergaderingen, gebeurd niks en punten blijven keer op keer open staan. Zeer slechte communicatie en je krijgt veelal geen respons. Waardoor punten jarenlang open blijven staan of zelfs nooit aangepakt worden! Medewerkers zijn veelal asociaal en qua communicatie verre van prettig en onprofessioneel. Of gooien de hoorn er op of je krijgt een reactie met een onprettige toon of zelfs een grote mond. Grappig te noemen dat er veel reacties tussen staan (om het gemiddelde omhoog te krikken) van (oud)medewerkers. Dit zegt alles en ga niet met ze in zee!

schandalig slecht beleid en personeel. Woning die slecht onderhouden wordt na maanden aanvraag geen hulp. Schimmel en lekkage worden niet ogelost maar wel rekeningen blijven sturen. Onbeleefde klantenservice echt een niets nuts bedrijf. nooit meer.

Slechte service, geen communicatie en afspraken worden niet nagekomen.

Bereikbaarheid voor vragen en storingen is goed, ook buiten kantooruren. Vriendelijke mensen, denken mee met het oplossen van klachten en houden de voortgang goed in de gaten.

I definitely would not recommend this company! I am surprised to read in the review that there are professionals… It took us a few weeks to be able to live properly in our apartment (no hot water, broken terrace door, non-working heating…). They were not responsive and always said first that it could be our fault. We had to arrange many things ourselves. And now they don't even want to return our deposit for energy bills we’ve never heard of, which they can’t even pay and which are not in the contract… Very disappointing and such behavior is clearly not reliable for either side of a rental: tenant or owner. (We are used to renting many apartments and this is the worst ever!!!!)

They clearly bought all their reviews, because everyone I've spoken to has had the same problems with them. Expect months and months of waiting before anything gets done, don’t pay attention to their promises, because you won't get anywhere.

We hired Property Manager Amsterdam (PMA) when they were just starting out. Over the years, if something went wrong, we reasoned that PMA lacked experience. But with the latest lease agreement, we could no longer justify this excuse. I wish we had stopped collaborating with PMA before it became a time, energy, and money pit. In the latest lease agreement that PMA drew up for us, it stated that our property should be returned in the same condition as the tenant received it. Including the inventory, of which the tenant signed a detailed list upon entry. The agreement also stipulated that the tenant had to deregister with the municipality when terminating the rental agreement. Nevertheless, PMA failed to hold the tenant accountable for the following matters. The tenant: - Did not deregister with the municipality - Damaged paintwork beyond normal wear and tear - Damaged furniture and floors beyond normal wear and tear - Cannot rectify missing inventory - Has consistently failed to report damage to the apartment as required by law - Failure to carry out minor repairs as required by law PMA dismissed each of the above issues, referring to Dutch law and claiming they had to protect their business. I discovered, however, that the lease agreement and Dutch law supported our claims. This gave me the impression that PMA has insufficient knowledge of Dutch law and the Dutch language. It also made me feel that PMA was not on our side. Further below is an additional list of issues that went wrong during the latest rental period. PMA: - Failed to perform proper ownership checks, conduct a cash inventory, and obtain the tenant's signature - No stains were noted on all walls and furniture, with a total repair cost of €5400,- - Did not deliver the property on the agreed date - Did not deliver the property as clean as delivered - Communication was not timely - Failed to take responsibility for their mistakes Overall, it took us four weeks to resolve the mess, which wasn't something we expected when hiring a property manager.

Unreliable realtor. Doesn't keep appointments and 1 star is actually too much. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

Iedere keer werd er boven appartement gedoucht. Moest contact met hen opnemen voor reparatie. Toen ik een bouwer durfde te vragen er zelf naar te kijken, werd ik op mijn plaats gezet en werd mij verteld dat zij moesten beslissen of zij schade zouden lijden of dat ik het zelf zou doen. Ja, ik heb mijn eigen plafond onder water gezet?! Het is duidelijk dat ik heb besloten dat ik het was, want 1,5 jaar later is het nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Mooie doucheruimte…onpraktisch opgezet. Ik heb het bureau op de hoogte gebracht, maar moest zelf contact opnemen met de bouwers om de reparatie boven uit te voeren om te voorkomen dat mijn appartement verder verwoest zou worden. Slaapkamer 3 dagen onbruikbaar gemaakt terwijl ik hem zelf uitdroogde, op de bank moest slapen. Verschillende e-mails met foto en video verzonden, geen antwoord. Plafond en muren zijn bruin gekleurd en zijn eerlijk gezegd walgelijk. Volgende week hoor ik een vreemd geluid in de keuken. Weer een lek uit het plafond. Genoeg water om een ​​dweilemmer te vullen. Het lukte om de bouwer te grijpen en hij repareerde het. Maar niet voordat mijn keukenmuur een heerlijk vochtniveau kreeg. Opnieuw een e-mail gestuurd met foto's en video, helemaal geen antwoord. Laten we het feit niet vergeten dat de bouwers geen stoflakens leggen of het gebied beschermen. Het hele trappenhuis was gevuld met cementstof en het marineblauwe tapijt werd wit. Je kunt de trap niet aflopen zonder dat er vlekken op je kleding komen. Daarover gemaild waarop ik wel een reactie kreeg…dat het schoongemaakt zou worden als de werkzaamheden klaar waren. Dus over 4 maanden. Wil je dat we vier maanden in dit astma-gevaar leven?! Een andere agent pikte hetzelfde bericht op en stuurde een schoonmaakronde (die alleen het tapijt stofzuigde, de muren van het trappenhuis zijn nog plakkerig en smerig). Hoe kon ik de slechte ventilatie vergeten. Elke keer als er beneden wordt gekookt, gerookt of zelfs scheten gelaten, ruikt mijn appartement ernaar. In alle ernst heeft mijn vriend astma, dus de sigarettengeur heeft echt invloed op hem, het is verstikkend. Vertelde hen hierover. Ze deden...precies niets. Nou, meneer Assessor kwam weer, wat tot meer niets leidde. Had een makelaar bij het huren van deze plek, ze heeft ook geprobeerd contact met hen op te nemen en werd genegeerd. Had beoordelingen die ze schreef en op Facebook en Google achterliet, verwijderd, wat ze waarschijnlijk met deze zullen proberen te doen. Oh en doe geen moeite om te bellen, ze nemen nooit op en bellen dan niet. Op dit moment denk ik dat ze aan het screenen zijn. Hoewel ze mij willens en wetens hebben genegeerd, zijn ze er tijdens de laatste twee lekken in geslaagd mij per e-mail op de hoogte te stellen van een huurverhoging. Er werkt daar dus iemand! Waarom reageren ze niet? Ik kan alleen maar speculeren dat dit komt omdat ze mogelijk verplicht zijn om de eigenaar van het gebouw op de hoogte te stellen van dergelijke problemen en de kosten die ze maken, dus het is beter om dit te negeren en de gelukzaligheid van de huurder te veinzen?! Ik vermoed dat ze zullen proberen de reparatie uit te stellen en het tegelijkertijd zullen doen en dat ze de bovenverdieping zullen passen en schilderen, zodat de kosten kunnen worden gemaskeerd en in de renovatiekosten kunnen worden opgenomen. Gewoon mijn vermoeden. Hoe kan ik dit noemen? Wanbeheer lijkt een understatement. Ik leef met rotte muren en schimmel om hardop te huilen! En de huur is niet goedkoop, laten we het maar premiumprijzen noemen. Ze geven duidelijk niets om de eigendommen die ze beheren, noch om de omstandigheden voor de mensen die er wonen. Amsterdam is een snelle markt, ze kunnen binnen enkele uren opnieuw verhuren. Het is duidelijk dat ze alleen om hun geld geven. Hoe dit niveau van onprofessionalisme ook wordt genoemd, het is volkomen walgelijk en ik zou iedereen willen verzoeken serieus te overwegen om deze clowns toe te staan ​​hun eigendommen te verhuren of van hen te huren.

We rent an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela presents herself as very professional and collaborative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that a number of things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Luckily he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t.
