Mijn persoonlijke ervaring met de Avenue Group in 2025 is voor mij zeer teleurstellend geweest. Ze brachten mij in contact met aannemer Ruud van Grol, die werd omschreven als betrouwbaar en met wie de Avenue Group het kantoor deelde. Op basis van dit vertrouwen heb ik mijn woning gekocht en een aanzienlijk bedrag vooruitbetaald aan deze aannemer. In mijn geval is er vervolgens nauwelijks werk uitgevoerd door de aannemer en zijn goederen waarvoor ik had betaald niet geleverd. Later kwam ik erachter dat Ruud van Grol eerder betrokken was bij een faillissement van Bouwstabiel B.V. in 2022 en dat zijn latere bedrijf Rocksolid B.V. inmiddels ook failliet is verklaard. De werkzaamheden bleven hierdoor onafgemaakt en mijn geld is weg. In deze situatie zijn volgens openbare informatie meerdere klanten getroffen. Voor mij persoonlijk was de financiële impact groot. Ondanks mijn ervaringen en signalen die ik heb ontvangen van anderen met soortgelijke situaties, heb ik geen gevoel van betrokkenheid of verantwoordelijkheid ervaren vanuit de Avenue Group. Naar mijn mening mag van een makelaar worden verwacht dat hij zorgvuldig omgaat met het aanbevelen van samenwerkingspartners. Ik deel deze ervaring zodat anderen hun eigen afweging kunnen maken.
