Viewing scheduled, appointment confirmation received, all information about the house could be received via email. No employee encountered at the house. After phone contact it was stated that the appointment wasn't in their agenda, things happen. New viewing appointment made for the week after. We wanted to put our house for sale near Spaland because I saw some good reviews online and because the real estate agent, Dion, assured us that they were ‘the best’. (Of course, they’ll say that). I didn't use them because Dion estimated my house far below the asking price and wanted to list it for much less than what we wanted. Ultimately, we engaged Dolphijn Makelaardij, who incidentally scores highest of all real estate agents in Maassluis. A very friendly agent came to view and without saying anything, she assessed the selling price of our house much higher. Of course, we gave the sale to Dolphijn who sold our house within two weeks for even more than the asking price. Therefore, based on personal experience, I would definitely not recommend Spaland.
