BE CAREFUL !!! Velder Real Estate appears to be listing houses in Spain on Funda without the owner's permission. (And if you point this out to them, they say they will remove the house but don't do it. Only when you post a negative review and then threaten with legal action, they take it off Funda). So I would, especially if it's a house in Spain, first check everything before even getting into business with Velder Real Estate.

Contacted by Jeroen Menkveld to sell our caravan through their platform. For a price of 660 euros, Velder Vastgoed copied our advertisement and photos and posted them on their site. There was never any contact from your side to expedite the sale. Our experience: do not get involved with this club. No initiative and high price for merely reposting and no service that you would expect.

Spamt vreselijk veel berichten via marktplaats (ongevraagd en ook nadat ik verzocht hiermee op te houden). Strafbare werkwijze pas op met deze makelaar!

Geen nette en bedenkelijke praktijk. Meerdere keren gebeld en geschreven maar nooit reactie ontvangen.

Ik verhuur 2 appartementen in Groningen. Jan-rico plaatste mijn eigen advertenties en foto's voor een heel redelijk tarief op Funda en Pararius en speelde mij de reacties door. Ik selecteerde zelf de kandidaten voor bezichtiging en vond de geschikte huurders voor het appartement dat ik voor onbepaalde tijd verhuur. Het andere appartement wordt steeds voor 1 jaar verhuurd en daar hielp Jan-rico op dezelfde manier nu al 2 keert met succes. Het contact is plezierig: hij is altijd bereikbaar, antwoordt meteen en handelt snel af. Beter kan niet!

Ik verhuur regelmatig via Bosscha makelaars. Het gaat altijd goed, heel fijn in communicatie met handige tips uit ervaring. Neemt veel uit handen.

Aanrader! Op deze manier mijn huis verhuren en zelf de bezichtigingen doen vond ik erg prettig. What an unfriendly estate agent! We had a house in mind where we wanted to make a bid. I asked if I could come by to get better acquainted and ask some questions. It's our first house so it’s very exciting for us and not nice to only have telephone contact or via email. I was told that they can’t start with that and that they don’t give preferential treatment. Pardon?! What does coming by personally have to do with preferential treatment? We are not buying a bicycle but a house! We decided against it.
