It was the second time with this man, but you immediately noticed that he had absolutely no interest or intention in the appointment. Unfortunately, he was a very rude and unprofessional real estate agent. Multiple other interested parties were invited to the appointment at the same time, and they didn't pay any attention to it. It cost us more than an hour to get there - pure time waste! And if you don't speak Dutch, you're also treated differently.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with today's viewing. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was in very poor condition - on the ground floor there was a strong smell of moisture and mold, comparable to that of an old, neglected basement. The agent behaved in a rude and aggressive manner. He forbade me from using my phone and when I had a video call with my husband, he shouted at me to immediately end the conversation. He insisted that taking photos or videos was not allowed, which made the experience very unpleasant and suspicious. Because of this behavior I have decided to end the visit and leave the property. Appointment made via email: We can schedule an appointment to view the property on Friday February 14, 2025 at 4:45 PM at Apeldoornselaan 49 B in 's-Gravenhage. For your visit, we have a 15 minute time slot. Once arrived, there are 15+ people in the house. It is possible that there is an error in the email and they do not handle 15 minutes, but 15 people per time slot. After several minutes of not being able to find/speak with the real estate agent, we turned around.

Rude and unprofessional realtor – a complete waste of time! What a terrible experience with this realtor. I had an appointment for 9:30 AM and was exactly ten minutes late due to circumstances. Instead of a little understanding or flexibility, this was immediately seen as a huge problem. The realtor simply refused to wait and canceled the appointment without mercy. This while he had already made time for it – how difficult is it to wait just ten minutes? What makes this even more scandalous is that I came all the way from Amsterdam. Then you arrive there, and you are just abruptly sent away as if you're worthless. This isn’t customer friendliness; it’s pure arrogance and disrespectful behavior. Ridiculous how they treat people! If you are looking for a realtor who treats customers properly, stay far away from these bunglers. Guaranteed time wasting and frustration!

This broker plans so rigidly that there is no room for flexibility. 10/15 minutes late? Appointment cancelled immediately, No empathy, just bluntly rejected without any leniency or consideration. Apparently, customer friendliness is not a priority here. If you are looking for a professional and understanding realtor, look elsewhere. A waste of time!

Voordat je in zee gaat met Woonzeker, houd dan rekening met het volgende: Woonzeker is onderdeel van PRMD Beheer B.V.: “van verhuurstrategie tot het verhuur klaar maken van een object, van de volledige huuradministratie tot onderhoud en incassotrajecten.” 
Kortom, Woonzeker = PRMD. Waar Woonzeker (gewoon PRMD dus) via Google’s reviews gemiddeld een 4,5 scoort, ga je bij ingang van contract ook in zee met PRMD’s onderhoud, beheer, incasso, borg etc.; zij scoren een 1,6 via Google’s reviews. Een korte samenvatting; gebruikers zitten maandenlang zonder stroom, water of elektriciteit, negeren telefoons en mails, klantonvriendelijk, onopgeloste reparaties (wisselend van weken tot maanden), dit heeft o.a. geleidt tot lange blootstelling aan schimmel, aanhoudende lekkages en erger. Zie zelf de reviews indien je niet overtuigd bent. Zelf heb ik mijn borg nooit meer terug gezien, na talloze telefoontjes en mailcontact Houd er bij voorbaat alvast rekening mee dat je je borg niet terug krijgt en dat je dat geld kwijt bent. PRMD is niets minder dan een crimineel bedrijf dat zich aan de voorkant als Woonzeker presenteert als een nette verhuurder. Maar niets is minder waar. 

Pas op waar je mee in zee gaat dus. Ik raad Woonzeker sterk af. For English readers: Before partnering with Woonzeker, keep the following in mind: Woonzeker is part of PRMD Beheer B.V.: "from rental strategy to rental readiness, from the complete rental administration to maintenance and collection processes." In short, Woonzeker = PRMD. Whereas Woonzeker (just PRMD that is) scores an average of 4.5 via Google's reviews, when you enter contract you also enter PRMD's maintenance, management, collection, security deposit etc.; they score a 1.6 via Google's reviews. A brief summary; users are without power, water or electricity for months, ignore phones and emails, customer unfriendly, unresolved repairs (varying from weeks to months), this has included long exposure to mold, persistent leaks and worse. Please check the reviews if you're not convinced. I myself never saw my deposit (1000+ euro’s) back, after numerous phone calls and emails. Keep in mind in advance that you will not get your deposit back and you will lose that money. PRMD is nothing short of a criminal company that presents itself on the front end as Woonzeker as a decent landlord. But nothing could be further from the truth. 

So be careful what you partner with. I strongly advice against Woonzeker.
