Good care and very good advice

We have made use of Léon's services as both a purchase and sales broker. Thanks to his sharp eye, we were still able to make some final adjustments to our first home (in Munstergeleen), so that the house could show itself from its best side during the numerous viewings. We had several offers with good conditions and were able to sell the property a week after the initial viewing. We are very happy with Léon and his colleagues.

Poor communication, condescending, rude. Apparently it's ‘personally inappropriate’ of me to suggest taking my money elsewhere. My money, my choice. Also informed by the owner that 'it takes 48 hours to answer an email'. If this is the case, you need more staff and a better workflow. Direct quote from email “We aim to respond to your emails within 48 hours, often even within 24 hours. Threatening to switch to another broker or buying another property seems personally inappropriate to me and undermines all the efforts we have made for you so far.” I'm sure there will be reasons why they went out of their way to support us, but I will still maintain that they were rude and unhelpful. I don’t want to pay thousands of euros for such poor service. I look forward to your reply, Mr. Quaden, including the ‘concise points’ you will put in it. I notice that even how busy you are, you respond very quickly to a 1-star Google review. What you should remember is that I don't run a business and my reputation on Google reviews doesn't matter.
