Via acquaintances and family, we ended up with Boek & Offermans. We were already running the purchase process for our new home through them, but we also entered into an agreement with Maurice Cergnul of Boek & Offermans regarding the sale of our own house in Hoensbroek. A good look was taken at the house while enjoying a cup of coffee. Subsequently, Maurice got to work and collaborated with his colleagues and other parties (floor plans + photos) to present my house in the best possible way. The social contact with Maurice is also very pleasant and he is always accessible! A skilled employee whom I recommend to everyone!

The broker in question talks a lot and listens poorly. He is not very proactive. He only takes action when the seller asks something or has a proposal. The broker hardly provides information. The seller had to correct the texts for the website and brochures (too) often. The broker constantly makes spelling and typing errors. Houses are apparently being sold too easily at the moment. In short, you pay a lot of money and still have to do a great deal yourself and continuously monitor the process.

I can't say more than: what a great realtor! Leon made it possible to schedule a viewing despite our busy agenda, which didn't quite fit within the available viewing slots. We submitted an offer on the same day and then came the Easter weekend... You'd think that would be a shame. But even on both Easter days, Leon continued working and kept us informed.
