The agent helped us, however well below the asking price he was convinced he could achieve it. I have no idea what he did to attract/approach potential buyers. First time selling a house so no experience, but an expectation that our house would not be sold so far under the asking price, somewhat disappointed. It's such a shame that the government makes many things complicated instead of easier, things cannot seamlessly flow together.

Absolutely terrible agency. They assess based on your name and ethnicity. We meet all requirements but are rejected without good reason. In fact, they don't even look at the application. They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have a Muslim name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they use these excuses to say that you are not a family or that the salary is not enough. Apparently, they don't look at the application. Incredibly racist agency. Terrible service. If you are not Dutch and not Muslim, don't bother with them, because they won't even review your application. 0 starts

Zero zero realtor, they are rejecting my application for a rental house solely because of my name, not Dutch, racist. First, it is said that you are not family, therefore I do not accept you. I told them that I am family. I have 2 children, which I wrote down in the application. Secondly, they said your salary is not enough, my salary is €69,000 per year net, 4 times the rent. So it just means racist
