The presentation of the property, advice on a good asking price and sales strategy, the viewings, and the evaluation of the bids were very good and clear. We were always kept well informed. But this kind of service is generally provided well by most real estate agents. Hans distinguished himself when, shortly after acceptance of the offer, the buyer had questions about the living space and whether the three-day cooling-off period could be significantly extended. Hans immediately consulted numerous NVM experts regarding the definition of living space, including the appraiser, and was able to quickly dismiss this question. We were enormously relieved, and felt that we had a very expert and honest real estate agent on our side.
