Initially professional, but after the end of the rental contract Frank chose the landlord's side (the notorious Mr. Huizinga) and I only got back half of my deposit due to their 'creative' interpretation of the notice period. Be warned! Response to Frank's answer: We signed a rental contract for at least 9 months with a notice period of 1 month, starting January 3rd. I gave notice on September 1st that I wanted to end the contract by October 3rd, adhering to all contractual agreements. The landlord decided unilaterally to keep an extra month of my deposit and you support him because you don't want to lose your job, which is scandalous.

I have a lease agreement with them. Frank was helpful and friendly, and everything that was promised has been fulfilled. I would definitely recommend them.

My first impression of Frank Reede was positive; he seemed professional, but when it came down to it, he turned out to be resolute in choosing the side of unscrupulous landlords. Of course he does that – the tenants leave, but the landlords remain in the city. He rented my apartment to other tenants while I was still the legal tenant (although I was no longer there), while he knew that I was still the tenant and that the landlord had not agreed with me to terminate my lease agreement early and compensate me for the period I was not there. To this day, I am still the legal tenant of that apartment, with rent paid until the end of this month, but the tenants Frank found are still living there. As a professional, Frank could have exerted a moderating, positive influence in a market with a number of unscrupulous landlords. Instead, he chose to handle the same ethical principles and practices as the worst greedy landlords.

The case regarding the evidence has been reported to the municipality. They do not respond to advertisements from foreigners (I got NO answer when I responded with a first name and a Polish-sounding last name). When my partner responded with an English-sounding name, they asked for his nationality and after this information he never received a reply again, despite the fact that he has a very high salary (in this case more than enough). A few days later I responded with a Dutch account and almost without questions (Frank) he was willing to invite me for an apartment viewing and responded smoothly. Such practices are currently illegal and the municipality agrees with that, so they have also taken action. I do not recommend them.

Do not do that! Addition following landlord's response: this concerned a property where selection was made in advance based on gender. This is in violation of the law.

Poor customer service.

A house found via Funda which Next Move real estate agents are selling. We placed a bid and subsequently received a counter offer with which we agreed. Then immediately contacted a financial advisor to apply for a mortgage because we had a deal! Incidentally, we got the green light from the mortgage advisor because everything looks good from our side! Subsequently requested multiple calls to receive a purchase deed after which we heard that the property was being sold to someone else while in my opinion we had a verbal agreement because we agreed with the counter offer. Poor way of doing business and poor communication...

Hello, In January I bought a house through Frank. He helped me quickly and solved all the problems with the house. No follow-up was needed. He is a very professional man with a personal touch. I definitely recommend everyone to use his services and experience.

As someone looking for a rental property, I had a bad experience with this agency in terms of communication. I would not recommend this company based on my own experience.

Initially, contact with Mr. Reede was good and everything went as desired. However, after the viewing of a beautiful house, this is no longer the case at all. After sending several emails AND having called, we have heard nothing for 2 weeks. We chose this real estate agent because of the good reviews, unfortunately I can only speak of a disgrace. I certainly won't rent a property through this real estate agent!

If you are looking for a flexible real estate agent who has prepared well in advance, you have come to the right place with real estate agent Frank Reede. Recently, we already sold our home after the first viewing. All necessary papers and documents are quickly provided digitally and put in order. Prefer an appointment? That can be arranged too. Super nice! We are certainly satisfied.

Requested a free valuation via a Facebook post in November. This was about 1/3 of the WOZ value, which is already remarkable. An email was sent about this and then an email was received back with the text '...will take care of an accurate valuation these days...'. To date, it is now January, nothing has been heard from them. You can't take a real estate agent like that seriously.

Through Frank Reede my house is rented out, really well organized, everything neatly digitalized on paper, everything taken care of in detail.
