At first, everything seems positive, but eventually he gives you less and less attention and half of what he says about appointments turns out to be incorrect! He is very assertive and knows exactly what to tell you so that you essentially have no other choice. I had a very negative experience. Apparently, Olav doesn't have a good reputation in the region (which I discovered too late), I am really warning people here and going to a larger, more professional organization! Because this man certainly is not.

Als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbaar, professioneel taxatiekantoor, zou ik hier vooral níet naartoe gaan. Ik heb voor ze gekozen omdat ze aangaven binnen 3 werkdagen een taxatierapport te kunnen opmaken, iets wat in mijn situatie heel belangrijk was, omdat er haast zit bij mijn hypotheekaanvraag. Ze zijn bij mij thuis langs geweest, ik heb alle benodigde documenten aangeleverd en vervolgens nooit meer wat gehoord. Al mijn mails/belletjes zijn onbeantwoord gebleven. Ik heb meer dan twee weken voor niks zitten te wachten en ben daardoor kostbare tijd verloren. Edit: na deze negatieve recensie ineens na wekenlang negeren bijgevoegde mail ontvangen. Geen enkele uitleg/verantwoording.

Does not adhere to deadlines and does not communicate about what - when to deliver. Does not call back when that was the agreement. Do you want a reliable contractor? Then definitely look elsewhere.
