If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell or buy your house, feel free to continue searching. Hamer & Ran promises a lot, they seem professional and good at communication. However, that is until you encounter problems. Our house was sold below the asking price that they, with their contact appraiser, had estimated. Moreover, you hear nothing during the week of viewings when it turns out to be disappointing. Constantly having to chase after them. Finally, there are still hidden defects in the house, and they simply left the handling of it. Called, emailed, apped countless times. Repeated promises but you hear absolutely nothing! Shame!

Super nice people, they are very happy to welcome you and genuinely have patience for the customer. They listen to your wishes, negotiate, search for a suitable house for you, give the right advice, and most importantly, truly stand by the client's side. It started professionally and I ultimately became friends with the real estate agents.

You really have to keep them on a short leash so they do what they need to do; I could have arranged it better myself. Once the house was purchased, defects appeared, but then they no longer feel responsible. Emails and phone calls are simply not answered. Unprofessional! Definitely not recommended.
