More expensive than other real estate agents, but they exceptionally well met our requirements, so the extra costs were justified. Poor communication and a lack of solution-oriented approach. Our appointment was allegedly cancelled, but I never received an email about this at the usual email address where all contact took place, including the appointment confirmation. It was also claimed that an SMS had been sent, but it cannot be found anywhere. When I expressed my disappointment to Omid and tried to find out where things went wrong, I was told they didn't want to investigate this and that I was simply unlucky. No effort to find a solution.
