You must stop renting out apartments in Laan Van Parijs. It has been two years in the winter without heating and there are construction works every month. When we asked during the rental period about construction work (because we saw one apartment under construction), Danique told us that it is not always like that, but that the construction has not been stopped for more than a month for two years!? The heating for the entire block and hot water have also failed at least the third time this winter. The emergency line is ALWAYS an hour waiting before someone comes to the line. If there is still anyone renting at Laan Van Parijs in Haarlem, that is almost unethical. Take a look at the Google review of Hoen Vastgoedbeheer, the owner of the apartments! Edit: the review is better, because they contacted and were respectful and understanding. Yes, the real estate agents can not do much about it, but I would use this review to warn potential buyers of Laan Van Parijs about the years-long construction work. This is not a family-friendly apartment, better suited for single people or families with working/studying adults.
