Wij zijn inmiddels al meer dan twee maanden bezig met deze verkoopmakelaar om ons huis te verkopen, maar helaas is onze ervaring tot nu toe erg teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin merken we een gebrek aan communicatie en opvolging. Afspraken om telefonisch contact te hebben worden regelmatig niet nagekomen, zonder bericht of uitleg. Daarnaast blijven e-mails vaak onbeantwoord, waardoor wij continu zelf achter informatie aan moeten gaan. Dit roept bij ons ook serieuze twijfels op over de aanpak richting potentiële kopers. Als afspraken met ons al niet worden nageleefd, vragen wij ons af in hoeverre geïnteresseerden wél actief worden opgevolgd en gestimuleerd om een bod uit te brengen. Wij hadden meer professionaliteit, betrokkenheid en proactiviteit verwacht, zeker bij zo’n belangrijk traject als de verkoop van een woning. Op dit moment voelt het alsof we er grotendeels alleen voor staan. Wij hopen dat de communicatie en inzet snel verbeteren, want op deze manier zouden wij deze makelaar helaas niet aanbevelen.

Uitstekende analyse van mijn woonwensen. Het leek alsof ze me al jaren kende! Zowel de selectie van objecten als de support bij de onderhandeling waren heel waardevol.

Als je in Nederland een huis wilt kopen, weet je vast wel dat de huizenmarkt als een driekoppig monster is. Als je single bent en niet zo'n fantastisch inkomen hebt, weet je dat het eigenlijk een zevenkoppig monster is. Maar er is iets dat het een twintigkoppig monster maakt: makelaars die bieders overslaan en een van die zeer, zeer, héél zeldzame kansen grijpen om iets te kopen wat je echt leuk vindt, binnen je budget.

During the sale of my home, the selling real estate agent did not exercise sufficient care in providing correct information about an ongoing purchase/lease contract of the CV boiler. This contract had been provided in writing to the agent prior to the transfer, with clear explanations about the associated ongoing payment obligations. Nevertheless, at the time of the transfer, it was not ensured that the buyer could demonstrably be fully informed or that the contract had been explicitly accepted. As a result, I am still confronted with monthly costs after the sale. What makes this particularly disappointing is that after discovering this issue, multiple attempts were made via email to contact them, but substantive responses consistently failed to materialize. Also, efforts by the buyer's real estate agent to contact Aspekt Makelaars regarding this matter have not yielded a solution. I experience this as careless and insufficiently professional, especially considering the responsibility a real estate agent has in providing correct information and follow-up. For that reason, I cannot recommend Aspekt Makelaars based on my experience.

Arie Spek Promised a lot, but didn't follow through on the agreements. Accusations were canceled at the last minute without explanation. Mr. Spek was not transparent towards us and the buyers of our house. Complete swindling!

Bad realtor, just putting pressure on everything. 2 viewings done. She was never present, I have a bad feeling about everything. I was supposed to be called from Wednesday to see if this offer was ok. But today Friday nothing heard. Then I contacted the seller. Strange.

Had a bad experience with this company. After purchasing an apartment, they carried out the bathroom renovation. Several years later, it turned out that mistakes had been made which led to a serious leak that had to be urgently repaired just before Christmas; The Homeowners Association engaged a plumber for this and informed me. I asked DAK Woningbeleggingen after this repair whether we could reach a reasonable solution so that not all costs would have to be borne by me. Instead of a contribution, they refused to pay even one cent. Very disappointed in this company, I would advise against cooperation.
