Bij een bezichtiging van een koopwoning in Utrecht heeft LIVIN mij als verkoopmakelaar erg openhartig het huis laten zien. Als starter op de woningmarkt wist ik nog niet goed waar ik op moest letten, maar ik werd in korte tijd bijgepraat en proactief op de hoogte gesteld van eventuele gebreken, wat veel vertrouwen schepte. Ook werd ik gerustgesteld dat ik vooral geen druk moest ervaren van de huidige woningmarkt, wat erg integer op mij overkwam, en wat ook niet mijn beeld was van de meeste makelaars. Erg goede makelaar dus!

De eigenaar van dit bedrijf is prima, maar haar personeel is niet goed opgeleid en de werkwijze is over het algemeen ondermaats voor internationale klanten. Het personeel is niet gewend om buiten de gebaande paden te denken; ze geven de voorkeur aan de standaard Nederlandse situatie met een werknemer in loondienst en een hypotheek. Als uw situatie anders is, krijgt u problemen. Bijvoorbeeld, als uw financiering uit het buitenland komt en/of u uw eigen financiering al geregeld heeft (geen hypotheek), raken ze in paniek en eisen ze uw Facebook- of LinkedIn-profiel te zien. Zonder dat profiel zullen ze de verkoper adviseren uw bod niet te accepteren! Met andere woorden, terwijl u in andere delen van de wereld wordt geprezen omdat u uw financiën op orde heeft en als een VIP-klant wordt behandeld, is dat in Nederland en hier niet het geval. Daar wordt u behandeld als een derderangs klant of een verdachte. In mijn geval, omdat er al een ander bod was uitgebracht op het pand dat ik op het oog had, vertelden verschillende medewerkers me met tegenzin dat ik weliswaar het recht had om een ​​bod uit te brengen, maar dat ze er niet echt enthousiast over waren...

Dated interiors and small TFT screens from 2003, where the staff apparently works with. Oh well, it won't be stolen in this neighborhood either. I would have preferred a supermarket or flexible workspace with good coffee here. Adds nothing to our neighborhood.

With her approach to work, you are certain that your house will look good and be sold. She has a very good sense of how to present and personally receives all potential buyers and guides them through the house. Even if you yourself don't have much knowledge about selling, she will protect you from mistakes. The opinion of my wife and myself is that this is the best realtor you can find. She knows the market and often also knows the realtor of the buying party. All in all: A very pleasant experience when selling our house. The 2nd one she has sold for us.

A couple of weeks ago, we made an appointment to view a property. We were on time. It was raining, but the real estate agent didn't open the door. While he saw us standing there. After we knocked on the door, he opened it irritably. Not a good start then. During the tour, the real estate agent told things that did not match the information in the brochure. He was absolutely not personable and very uninterested. A shame!
