He really goes for it and gladly adjusts his schedule to suit the wishes of interested parties. If necessary, he will come at 3 am. Ultimately, Bas took care of 6 interested parties along with the eventual buyer, and the other agent took care of 1 party. One appointment ultimately did not go ahead because the real estate agent was not available at the desired times. Because the buyers were still living in the Ardennes at that time and there was a lot of snow, Bas drove to Belgium with me to sign the preliminary purchase agreement. That's when you become involved and are more than worth the money. Hence my 5 stars for Korsten Makelaardij.

ATTENTION!! They are only after your money. As long as they can make money from you, they will do anything for you, but this stops immediately when they have received the money. Selling your house? No problem! Then a period of forced renting where they are more than happy to act as an intermediary between you and their leasing client. But upon termination of the rental agreement, you are discarded like old trash. They do everything possible to make you pay the landlord an exorbitant bill. Windows and shower tray not clean and €400 is withheld from the deposit because apparently damage has also occurred that was initially not seen and documented. There is a high chance that this damage occurred after your rental period and no evidence of it is shown. Scammed! Then the request for an invoice from the cleaning company for verification, which is also recorded on paper according to the agreements made. Here, the receiver is easily hung up on and you can whistle for your money. First-class scammers! Be warned people!

Waiting a while for the promised appointment

Bad experience with real estate agent Korsten. Claims to be a man of his word but it's annoying that he repeatedly forgets what he agreed/promised. When I confronted him about this, he became unreasonable. Once his profit is in, he no longer responds to anything.

VDMakelaar vond heel snel een geschikte huurder voor ons appartement. Uitstekende service en contact verliep soepel.

Doet na het eerste contactmoment over een afspraak in verband met een nieuwbouwhuis totaal geen moeite meer (lees: laat niks meer horen). Meerdere malen proberen te bellen, maar niks meer vernomen. Teleurstellend.

We hebben net een huis gekocht dat door de verkoper bij VD Makelaar te koop stond. We vonden het heel gemakkelijk en overzichtelijk. Hulp en advies waren direct beschikbaar. Zeer vriendelijk, benaderbaar, professioneel en prettig in de omgang. Ik was vooral dankbaar voor het uitstekende Engels, want mijn Nederlands is nog erg beperkt. We kunnen VD Makelaar van harte aanbevelen aan anderen.

Onduidelijk en redelijk onbeleefd. Werkt ook voor diverse woninstichtingen.
