Initially, we had a conversation with Johan where he indicated that we would let them know if we wanted to sell via OZP. This was no longer applicable since I had found a sales broker with whom I already had positive experiences. Later, we were called back by Johan in a somewhat less professional manner (let's leave it at that) asking why we weren't selling the property through them. I was totally not charmed by this and even found it very customer-unfriendly!
