De makelaar was zeker een toegevoegde waarde bij de verkoop. Hij had veel kennis en reageerde snel op mijn vragen en nam de tijd om die te beantwoorden. Ook het team dat de foto’s en het inmeten deed was erg goed, vriendelijk en professioneel.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep vertrouwd en gemoedelijk. Bij één bezichtiging was de makelaar niet zelf aanwezig, maar een collega (die nog nooit in mijn huis was geweest). Ik zag dit op mijn videobel. Het was fijn geweest als ik dit van tevoren had geweten.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep perfect en had een informeel karakter. De formele aspecten van het proces kregen de juiste aandacht. Niet alleen met de makelaar zelf, maar ook met alle ondersteunende medewerkers was dit het geval. De makelaar had het hele gang van zaken goed in de hand en wist uiteindelijk in korte tijd een voortreffelijk resultaat te boeken.

Het contact verliep prima.. er werd altijd genoeg tijd genomen als er vragen waren en ik voelde me er heel prettig bij.

Prettig, echter als onervaren koper en verkoper heb we een enkele keer het gevoel gehad van: Ja en hoe gaat het nu verder? en heb daar dus ook een paar keer naar moeten vragen.

Goed kontakt kwam afspraken na. Begeleiding bezichtigen is heel goed verlopen. Snel verkocht zonder problemen of vervelende dingen.

Het is een zeer professioneel makelaarskantoor. Onze makelaar Gregory was erg vriendelijk en zorgzaam en hield ons voortdurend op de hoogte van alles wat er gebeurde. Het kantoor was goed voorbereid met alle informatie die we nodig hadden of moesten krijgen over de verkoop van ons huis. Wij raden dit kantoor en de medewerkers zeker aan. Dankje wel!

We hebben vanaf het begin goed advies gekregen over hoe de prijs te zetten. Ze creerden een aantrekkelijk brochure. Een vroeg, laag bod raadden ze aan om af te wijzen, en dat was correct. Al het papierwerk was duidelijk en, hoewel veel werk, niet moeilijk. We werden goed op de hoogte gehouden van bezichtigingen en biedingen. Ik zou met plezier weer met ze werken in de toekomst.

In het begin hoge verwachtingen, ook door makelaarskantoor, door een foute communicatie wat betreft het ingeplande bezichtingsblokje, daardoor voor ons een grote teleurstelling. Verkoop traag van start maar uiteindelijk na 3 mnd een snelle verkoop mede dankzij de meedenkende makelaar

We zijn heel goed door het team van Peelrand begeleid bij de verhuizing. Ze waren zowel als verkoopmakelaar bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning als de verkoopmakelaar van onze eigen woning betrokken. Deskundig met een goed advies in de lokale markt.

Vanaf het begin hadden we een heel goed contact. Hij (Huub) luisterde goed naar onze wensen en heeft ons niet omgepraat een andere koers te varen, maar dit was wel bespreekbaar. Na elk bezoek van de kijkers hield hij ons steeds goed op de hoogte. wel jammer dat hij niet elke keer aanwezig kon zijn en er een collega kwam.
