After a pleasant introductory conversation, during which we could discuss our financial situation, Hans was quickly able to outline an action plan for us to help us get a suitable mortgage as quickly and well as possible. Last December we bought a house through Yourhome, really well helped by Floris. It is our first home, so everything that came with it was completely new. The help with this was truly top-notch. In addition, we had quite a unique chain of events and despite that, were expertly and well assisted and received the keys within a month after our first offer!

Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional. Hence 1 star. @Michael: I will briefly explain the problem to you: It's irrelevant whether my name is in your system or not. I don't know you. I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? I think my review is completely correct: 'Extremely sloppy, extremely unprofessional'.
