Miranda initially comes across as helpful and empathetic. But it quickly became clear that she created expectations and made agreements that she subsequently failed to meet. Also many contradictory messages, so you don't know where you stand. The worst thing was that once the purchase/sale was complete, she completely relinquished all responsibility. Any problems after the sale or purchase of your house? According to Miranda, you have to solve it yourself because her work is done! Certainly in real estate, aftercare/service is just as important as the sale or purchase itself, where Makelaar Miranda unfortunately falls short. Given the high reviews, this can of course (and hopefully) be a snapshot in time, but this was my personal experience. A tip if you still go to Miranda, make your expectations clear multiple times and put agreements in black and white.
