Quick, personal and flexible but also very reliable are Ruud Zagers and the staff of his office. The photo shoot and viewings were led by Astrid Metsaars and she deserves a big compliment for that. The sales market is favorable but they nevertheless manage to keep a certain modesty.

I had a very bad experience and received poor service from this real estate agent. As a buyer's agent, they did not even advise me properly on the bid price. For the property where my offer was eventually accepted, I ignored the agent's advice. Ruud, the agent, suggested that I make an offer between € 418.000 and € 420.000, but I refused and decided instead to go for € 405.000 – and my offer was accepted. This clearly shows that if I had followed his advice, I would have offered € 13.000 to € 15.000 too much, which would have completely wasted my money. Properly advising the client on the bid price is one of the most important responsibilities of a buyer's agent, and in my experience this was handled very poorly. Furthermore, I did not receive any professional or helpful support with regard to other aspects, such as evaluating the contract and the overall service, which was very disappointing. I therefore absolutely do not recommend them as a buyer's agent.

Very pleasant cooperation with Zagers may be experienced. Sound knowledge of the market, good advice and solutions are considered.
