The realtor Björn was very unfriendly. And I have never made an offer on the house I went to view. Certainly not after the experience I had during the viewing. And then calling me with a different number to try and intimidate me about this review. Sad.

With a supra-modal fixed income from Belgium, this broker can do nothing. "You have no income" is what they say.

From the first contact, there was a pleasant and open relationship with Bjorn. He has a clear vision of the sales process and goes for it too. That is an appreciable quality in the real estate world, where sometimes too much emphasis is placed on taking the easiest route.

On Wednesday, I filled out a contact form because I was interested in a property and would like to view it. Still no response on Friday afternoon, so I called myself. After repeating everything twice, I received a short answer that I would be called back. The telephone operator in question was clearly busy with other things. Still nothing heard on Tuesday afternoon. Again, I call myself and receive the short (exasperated) answer that my request had already been noted and I would be contacted. In the meantime, more than a week has passed and still nothing has been heard. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without allowing potential buyers to view it. Very unprofessional. And after your reply here, I am even more astonished. The house for which I contacted you is indeed in your portfolio but is now naturally sold subject to contract. Your telephone operator looked it up themselves when I had them on the line because they initially didn't understand which house it was about. You never called me back and also did not email me. And what “same day” are you referring to? Because after three days, it still stood as

Strange realtor. First call the office to express interest in a property and inquire whether it was still for sale. The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Subsequently, we were called back by Björn. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I received the question 'why?' in an indignant tone. Apparently a very strange question, which they don’t often receive there. The conversation also leaned more towards an impolite than service-oriented tone. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing but heard nothing more from them... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps treat potential clients a little friendlier, then you won't lose them.

As the purchasing party, we have had very good contact with this broker of the sellers. We received clear answers to our questions and all the time needed to properly arrange our purchase.

I advise everyone to avoid this Agnesie, after the contract ends they ask to be paid for something that is their fault, and they are very rude and discourteous. If you want to save your nerves and your wallet, avoid them.

Housing coach found a great apartment for us in The Hague. My review is limited to Housing Coach in The Hague, as I have not used another housing agency. We loved it and rented it for five years. Unfortunately, I must give it only one star because they treated us so badly when we moved out. You want to request a pre-inspection check-out report when moving out of a housing coach apartment, to be signed by you and a representative from the housing coach. This is really important. We were not aware of this because we are expats living in The Hague and did not know the ins and outs of Dutch rental law. Our agent was very aware of our expat status and it seems clear that he took advantage of that. Not only have we lost our deposit of over 2000 euros. We also had to pay Housing Coach over 700 euros for renovating the apartment. We agreed with the housing coach agent that we would pay for repainting the wall and removing the babyproofing, but not the rest. He claimed he was very honest, but it was the honesty he himself had determined and which was never discussed with us. Instead of trying to reach an agreement, he claimed he would send a bailiff to our employers to make us pay the remainder of the bill, after we paid the agreed half that we considered fair. He never sent us proof that he started legal proceedings against us. Was it just intimidating tactics? We don't know. Therefore, request a check report before inspection to protect yourself and prevent these disputes.

The agent had excellent local market knowledge and fully took care of us throughout the sales process.

It helps us at least a bit in our search for a house in the vicinity of the municipality of Hulst

Responded several times to three properties at different times. One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.

Had a good conversation with great coffee and pastries. Recommended!
