Very dissatisfied with their cooperation and their service. Despite their high service price compared to their competitors, they have had a very bad experience with being honest and transparent. They signed a contract with me in which nothing was stated about their tasks and responsibilities. During my house hunting research, I was the one who had to search for houses and the funniest thing was that I had to send them a link that waited for more than a week and then they had to poke them again on WhatsApp to perhaps hear feedback. Finally, I found a house, I went there for the 1st time alone, took some pictures and sent them. Only after that did I receive some feedback from my realtor who was supposed to find a house for me. To make the story short: they not only didn't come forward to lower their compensation because they hadn't found the house for me, but despite my request, they tried to ignore my request as long as possible. They always tend not to respond to emails and always promise only via telephone. Because I had a rental contract running parallel, I hesitated to buy a house in between, they reassured me again via telephone 'that this is the last thing you should worry about and the solution for it will be very easy'. But instead, they disappeared after I signed the purchase agreement and told me that they could not deal with the rental company and that it is up to me to solve this problem. Not to mention the fact that they didn't make a minimal effort to at least set a desired date for the deed of sale. And all of this happened despite my various emails and requests for a few months’ postponement of that period. Thanks to their negative advisory cooperation, I had to solve more problems. 1- They pay for the problems they have caused me 2- Two months pay for both the mortgage and the rental property, since the date of the deed was practically immediately after the purchase decision, without taking my rental situation into account. 3- Have an unpleasant discussion with them to convince them that they are not entitled to full compensation. 4- They also sent me an email threatening me with all private data they knew about me to force me to pay them in full. I hope this review can help everyone who wants to start a cooperation with them.

It was good guidance, but a meager Funda advertisement. Furthermore, the property may have been somewhat overestimated, but it's easy to say that afterwards.

The sale of our house was very exciting after 28 years, thanks to Hermans Makelaars we were completely taken care of and experienced this as particularly pleasant, the communication was also perfect, after each viewing we were immediately informed by phone and later with a written report on Move.nl Also the appearance of the 'For Sale' sign is very professional.

Fast communication and resolving issues quickly. A possible area for improvement is perhaps working even more customer-focused. For example, the photos in our sales brochure could not have been created and/or placed any better since a standard format was used. A pity as it is not suitable for every space. Furthermore, we found it difficult to arrange appointments around our newly purchased home (think of access to the property for an example contractor) a major drawback. Hermans might perhaps be able to come up with something here to accommodate customers more. Otherwise very satisfied with the fast communication for both buying and selling homes and the way you are addressed.

They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back!
