The sale of our house was a long process, but Jan Staal and Hanneke Langerwerf supported us well throughout that time and provided advice and assistance. There were external factors that caused delays, but they worked diligently and kept us informed of the progress. Especially towards the end, they ensured that the planned passing date could be achieved.

Our new home was for sale through Staal Makelaars, a special story with various owners. Staal handled this wonderfully for us as the buying party. On the day of closing, there were still some problems, both Hanneke and Nicole supported this until the signing of the deed! Thank you for that!

We are potential buyers for a property. However, we receive no feedback whatsoever regarding our price offer and questions. We have now emailed 3 times and called twice with this office. Now we will just talk directly to the selling party. You'll only have your house / object listed….

Nicole is truly a professional and she takes that extra step! She has extensive knowledge and expertise in the buying and selling of (large) properties in rural areas. In addition to the general knowledge from the field that you would expect from a real estate agent, she also has a lot of knowledge about types of (outbuildings) and (agricultural) land. Both agricultural and private. An excellent realtor. Nicole Suijkerbuik is very skilled, communicates with both us and those interested in a pleasant way, commits 100% to the sale of the house and perfectly keeps her appointments. This also applies to the rest of the team. They were also present at the final inspection (at 8:00 AM!) and at the transfer with the notary. The brochure of the house was neat, the photos very beautiful and realistic. In short: it costs something but then you get everything you would expect.

Ik had heel erg snel een nieuwe woning gevonden dankzij Acuut Huren. Tevreden over de samenwerking, reageert snel en pakt problemen/vragen adequaat op. Ik heb 1,5 jaar met plezier in een van hun appartementen gewoond.

Michel is very experience-oriented during the sale of the house and thinks along about the possibilities. Gives good tips and has successfully sold my apartment within a few days. I definitely recommend this real estate agent!

Never get callbacks anymore, after having submitted multiple requests. If you let them sell your house, you miss out on potential buyers…… I find this very bad….

It's that I have to give at least 1 star, but what a lousy broker. It’s not normal. You go to view an apartment. You spend days in suspense... you don’t get any response on email or phone. Until you see a message saying RENTED! A proper and decent broker informs those who weren't successful. In short, do NOT enter into an agreement with this broker. Really absurd how this brokerage treats potential buyers and renters! Ugh!!!!

This broker was our purchase and sale broker. Sjoerd is always willing to think along and goes the extra mile where needed. Also, his care doesn't stop after the settlement, truly a man with a heart for his profession!

It's been a few months now since my wife and I bought our new house. We are very happy with our purchase in all respects and as skilled professional migrants from South Africa, we feel very welcome in the neighborhood. That being said, our experience after the initial viewing was unpleasant. During our first visit, Michel was on time, well-dressed and very pleasant and helpful. We felt good about the property in Oosterhout and proceeded to purchase with peace of mind. Once negotiations began and our offer was accepted, communication with him diminished somewhat and he became rude towards me and my wife. We asked questions to which he replied “not possible” or “not how we do things in the Netherlands,” only to find out that the owners completely agreed with our requests. I hesitated to write this review, but I have decided to share my experience because I believe the service could have been much better.

Very poor contact today regarding scheduling a viewing. Wouldn't cooperate when it could work, it had to be how he wanted it and also stated that the days were almost full. The real estate agent takes criticism personally immediately and then gets angry when I, as a potential buyer, express my opinion and ultimately say that I no longer want to view the house. He even had the audacity to hang up at the end of the conversation.

Vreselijk bedrijf. Valse aanmaning na aanmaning, gelijk het incassobureau op de mail. Achteraf elke keer onterecht, geen excuus of contact vanuit de vve. Een paar weken later is het week raak. Vooral niet hier je vve laten beheren!

Very poorly helped by this company. During a discussion over the phone, the woman said that the order is out and she has helped me. She does not want to see the problem and will not listen to my story. For VVE management, you are better off going to a company that actually cares about your property. This company is more of the type that just moves the lines so they can get off, how long or how it happens is not important to them because they have done their job.

Korteweg and Co is a real estate agency/VVE office that stands for quality and reliability on the site. Nothing of all this makes it true.

Na mijn vertrek begin 2024 heb ik zelf om een afrekening gevraagd. Die kwam niet. Nu, 17 maanden later, kiest Rotsvast ervoor om alsnog servicekosten te incasseren. Automatisch en tegen de SEPA-richtlijnen in. Volgens hen gaat het om een “zeer gering bedrag” en zou ik me daar dus niet druk over mogen maken. Maar datzelfde bedrag halen ze vervolgens wél van mijn rekening. Hypocriet en onredelijk. Transparantie ontbreekt. Vragen om onderbouwing worden afgewimpeld en kritische opmerkingen worden weggezet als “onjuist”. De toon richting huurders is neerbuigend, de communicatie afstandelijk en formeel. En mocht Rotsvast hieronder reageren: een vriendelijke reactie op Google verandert niets aan hoe ze in werkelijkheid met huurders omgaan. Net als de velen hieronder zeg ik: huur bij iemand die zijn afspraken wél nakomt. Reactie 20-02: Waarom gematst? Dat er in de andere jaren geen eindafrekening heeft plaatsgevonden kan toch ook in ons voordeel hebben uitgevallen? Jullie zijn totaal niet transparant geweest. Nog een voorbeeld: bij de teruggave van TTB. Dit werd pas opgepakt na meerdere meldingen van huurders en overgemaakt op de allerlaatste dag dat dit juridisch mocht. Dit ging om honderdduizenden euro's waarbij er geen transparantie was over de berekening van de hoogte er van. De opmerking over AI zie ik als irrelevant en tekent de toon waarop wordt gecommuniceerd vanuit de mensen die betrokken zijn bij het gebouw T63.

Het professionele makelaarskantoor dat ik nooit zal vergeten. Ik heb ongeveer 3 jaar lang veel geluk met ze gehad. Ik heb het perfecte huis voor mijn kinderen gevonden, die in Breda studeren. Helaas zag ik nu in hun etalage de mededeling dat ze geen woningen meer beschikbaar hebben voor studenten...

Worked very well together with Rotsvast (Merijn)! Always available, always quickly resolved something and nicely thought along with each other. Now the house is sold, but I would definitely recommend Rotsvast to everyone!

Poor housing corporation, they are difficult to contact with complaints and problems, when you do make contact they say they will help but then you hear nothing more. Only after hammering them three times that the complaints and problems must be resolved to improve the issues, is anything finally done about it. In short, a housing corporation that should select more engaged staff.

At Rotsvast €250 ‘mediation costs’ paid, costs that cannot be passed on to the tenant. After multiple reminders by email without response, we have not yet received our money back. Refusing to cooperate.

In 2010 I emigrated to Thailand. Via Rotsvast my house was rented out. Very successful. Been back a few times and the house looked top every time. Then my tenant started insisting on setting aside Rotsvast and transferring the rent directly to me. After some hesitation, I agreed because everything seemed fine. However, after setting aside Rotsvast, the tenant made a mess of my house. They terminated the lease and left a completely furnished house behind. Terribly regret my decision. My advice to everyone. If you are not able to have control yourself. Make use of Rotsvast. Costs a little, prevents a lot of misery
