Deze makelaar is niet te vertrouwen. Hij houdt gebreken achter van de huizen die hij verkoopt, terwijl hij ervan op de hoogte is. Daarnaast zit hij snel hoog in zijn emoties en komt onvriendelijk over. Als je het mij vraagt onprofessioneel en oneerlijk, enkel op de markt voor eigen gewin.

Contact was goed. Met name zijn kantoor was goed bereikbaar. Afspraken werden correct nagekomen. Makelaar zelf was iets lastiger te bereiken.

Fijn contact en prima begeleiding. Zowel de makelaar als de mensen op kantoor waren altijd goed bereikbaar en hielpen wanneer nodig. De makelaar heeft een goede kennis van de lokale markt en ging zeer goed zelfstandig te werk.

Wij werden heel vriendelijk geholpen en begeleid door zowel Corné als zijn medewerksters. Ons huis was super snel verkocht. Top makelaardij.

The estimated value of the property was much too high compared to what it sold for. At the last moment, another buyer came in (was already in negotiations with another buyer) and seemed to me to have outmaneuvered him. Wij hebben deze onteigeningsdeskundige ingeschakeld met twee doelen: een goede koopsom en – indien mogelijk – voortgezet gebruik van onze woning. De woning is uiteindelijk verkocht voor een bedrag waar wij mee hebben ingestemd, al blijft het voor ons de vraag of er nog meer ruimte in had gezeten. Wat ons vooral bezighoudt, is dat voortgezet gebruik volgens de gemeente niet mogelijk zou zijn geweest, terwijl inmiddels blijkt dat de grond voorlopig niet nodig is. Wij hadden in dit traject meer proactieve regie en kritische doorvraag richting de gemeente verwacht.
