Afstemming met timing van fotograaf was niet optimaal. Beschikbaarheid van Dimitri met edits/ posting in het weekend was top. Communicatie rond bezichtigingen/ feedback was wat meer reactief maar resultaat staat en is wat ons betreft belangrijkste.

A very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. For context: The real estate agency arranged a viewing for an apartment and showed me several apartments in the same building. Initially, everything went smoothly. I discussed the price with one of their agents, Ronald, and we came to a verbal agreement on the purchase conditions. According to Ronald's instructions, I was supposed to submit an official bid via my Move.nl account for the agreed price. After a few days without a response, I contacted him. He assured me that I didn't need to worry and that the real estate agency advised the seller to accept my bid. However, after this conversation, Ronald did not respond at all for two weeks – he ignored phone calls and messages. During this time, I repeatedly contacted the real estate agency for updates, but the communication was always unhelpful and sometimes even outright rude. I kept being told that Ronald would call me back, which never happened. After more than two weeks of being ignored – and only after several attempts to escalate the matter – the agent finally sent a short email stating that the property would not be sold after all. In total, I wasted over three weeks due to a complete lack of communication and professionalism. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Onze ervaring met Korff de Gidts is dat zij professioneel, netjes, geduldig en communicatief vaardig zijn.

De samenwerking was echt uitstekend. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk, altijd professioneel en vooruitdenkend. Zij behoudt steeds het overzicht, reageert razendsnel en is zowel telefonisch als per e‑mail heel goed bereikbaar. Ik voelde me op elk moment uitstekend ondersteund.
