Pleasant cooperation during the sale. Clear agreements and generally quick responses to questions in between. Real estate agent very knowledgeable about this part of the city. Perhaps one point for improvement: The Move account is a useful extra for the seller, but what we ourselves had uploaded sometimes felt like it was also entered by the real estate agent, so it was a bit redundant.

I don't understand the good reviews. The (purchase) broker was particularly bad at understanding my wishes as a customer. For example: 'That neighborhood doesn't really suit our family because there are too many coffeeshops.' To which she responded: 'Coffeeshops aren't so bad, I have a few nearby myself.' ... You quickly find another, better and more intelligent broker, because there are plenty of those in The Hague!
