I received a callback regarding a property in The Hague, but the connection was so bad that I could barely understand the real estate agent. Instead of understanding, the man showed himself to be rude and felt immediately attacked. Unprofessional and impolite.

Normally a pleasant match with a sarcastic tone, but with the help of Mr. Rebel, it was genuinely a pleasant match. They found my little gem which I would never have managed alone!

Respond quickly and are friendly. This is certainly important in a housing crisis where most real estate agents are quite arrogant and curt because they still sell/rent out their properties.

Communication experienced as very chaotic, having to send repeatedly requested documents multiple times, for the appraisal itself Mr. Timal was inside for approximately 3 minutes and seemed very rushed. The appraisal report took a long time and had an unrealistic market value, which has now resulted in a very challenging situation for us. After telephone contact about this, Mr. Timal stated that he found the finish of other homes to be 'more luxurious', this is a matter of taste and not relevant to an appraisal. Contact was very rigid and unpleasant. There's a very good reason why they offer cheap appraisals, don't waste your money!

It's quite exciting when someone comes to assess your house, but the assessor took plenty of time to explain everything and take measurements, which put me at ease. I received a very detailed report on time with a good price determination for my home, in which the fact that some renovation work still needs to be done was processed in a realistic way. All in all, a good experience and a price that is well below that of other real estate agents.

Na een aanzienlijk bedrag vooraf te hebben betaald, kregen we toegang tot de woning en troffen we deze aan in een staat die naar onze mening niet voldeed aan de basiseisen op het gebied van veiligheid, netheid en bewoonbaarheid. De hoeveelheid en de ernst van de problemen maakten het voor ons onmogelijk om de huur voort te zetten. We hebben deze problemen direct aangekaart en geprobeerd de overeenkomst te ontbinden. For several years now, we have been experiencing issues with tenants of a building on the Delftsekade in Leidschendam. This is a property owned by De Regenbogen. Locally, this building is called 'The Polish hotel' because it is inhabited by Polish seasonal workers. Nightly escapades involving lots of beer and violence result in violent situations. Nightly visits from prostitutes and cannabis use have meant that residents have been suffering from poor sleep for years. Because De Regenbogen points to the tenant (Intrixo, the employment agency that provides work in combination with housing) and the tenant points back to De Regenbogen, they cleverly shift the complaints away from themselves for years. Meanwhile, we as residents are desperate.

For about ten years, we residents have been experiencing problems with 'Het Polen Hotel' on Delftsekade in Leidschendam. Intimidations, threats etc.. from Polish residents who work in Westland and rent the building from De Regenbogen Groep. Direct residents no longer dare to go out on the street in the evening. For years, various parties have remained silent about who the real owner of the building is. In the meantime, we residents have come together and found out that De Regenbogen Groep is the owner. From that moment on, we have been taking action via the various VVe's. Unfortunately, De Regenbogen Groep is not cooperating with this. I can understand that too because if I look at what the potential rental income could be, I understand that they would rather sweep the nuisance under the rug. Don't wake sleeping dogs. In the meantime, we count approximately 25 Polish tenants while, in my opinion, there should only be 10 tenants in the building. So calculate your profit.

A warned person counts for two! For several weeks, we have been working with local residents to expose the state of affairs regarding rental/leasing by this party. According to our lawyer, it is going to be a very difficult story because this organization is not affiliated with any industry association such as NVM or Vastgoedpro/VBO, we were informed. A dispute or mediation in this long-running issue is in no way possible. The absence of General Terms and Conditions on their website also makes this case more difficult. Therefore, think carefully before entering into an agreement with this party!

A very disappointing experience with them. My concerns as a tenant were not taken seriously and after investigation it turned out that I paid far too much rent. I strongly advise against renting a property from them.

Although I ultimately did not rent an apartment through them (I found a property through another real estate agent), I still have to compliment them for their excellent, friendly service. After I had responded online, they called me to schedule a viewing and called me again an hour in advance to confirm it. I had a private viewing (so there were no other people present when I went to view the apartment) and the two colleagues from the real estate office who showed me around were very friendly and gave me information about the rental terms. Definitely a recommendation, the friendliest service I have experienced from a real estate agent so far! :)

Last May 2021, rented a house from Regenbogen Beheer after a relationship breakup. Within a month we had a small house. Email contact works great. Everything is handled quickly. Rented for a year and everything was top notch. Deposit was quickly returned after something else happened. Hats off to Van Lochem and Regenbogen Beheer, top company.

What a bad realtor. They don't think along with you when there are problems, they brush everything aside. I wouldn't recommend them.

This is the second time within half a year that I have submitted a bid. Both times I wasn't selected, which is fine, but I haven't received any notification from eerlijkbieden.nl. There is absolutely no good communication with me, Lisa who quickly dismissed me, an uninterested Tristan who was only on his phone during the viewing. Both the system eerlijkbieden.nl and the staff lack professionalism. And if I were you, I would have eerlijkbieden.nl investigated because why do I not receive a result for the second time?! I am going to file a complaint with the NVM.

Difficult contact, appointments with the purchasing party only come extremely late, no answers to easy questions during viewings (energy label, type of neighbors, etc.). A bit nonchalant too, as if you're being strange and it doesn't matter.

If you are looking for a broker who acts honestly and with integrity, you should not come here. The bidding process took place via 'eerlijkbieden.nl'. After the closing of the bidding period, I was called to say that I had the best bid and that they would sell the property to me, so they would draw up a purchase agreement. A day later another phone call with the message that they had still received a bid which was 10k above mine and whether I wanted to increase my bid because of this. First congratulate and then call for a higher bid.. One thing is certain 'fair bidding' is far from being found here.
